So what do you think about the US trying Tariq Aziz at the moment and sentencing to 15 years for his role in that massacre following the assassination attempt on Saddam?

Wasn't he tried in an Iraqi court? If an Iraqi court thinks he murdered a bunch of merchants for making a profit then why would I disagree?
