Gatti's death ruled a suicide; wife has been released

So first Gatti was found lying down with a purse strap around his neck, then he was found suspended, and now he WAS suspended but then fell prone on the ground. So what is actually the case? How was he found and what happened?

So at which point didn't this wife of Gatti's not hear a 200 pound man fall from being hung suspended from a 7 foot railing? I think that would make enough noise to where somebody in an apartment would say "What was that? Let me check it out".

Also where did the other injuries that Gatti suffered come from?

This is all BS. We are really to believe that this man hung himself with a friggin purse strap?! Let's be real, Brazil is known for being an incredibly corrupt country. This bitch was brazilian, gatti was not. Either this bitch paid them off, or their looking out for their own, or both. Fuk Brazil.

She originally said she stayed the night, at the beach apartment, not knowing that he was murdered. She said she found him in the morning and admitted that it was a murder because 1) she denied being the murderer and 2) she tried to blame the murder on intruders that could have followed gatti from the bar where he had arguments with other patrons. The brazilian press had her stating that it was a murder. Now it's a suicide. Murder suicide it's all the same in brazil.

He's was stabbed,Shot and hung...so he either completely sucks at suicide, having to attempt three seperate ways...or he was bumped off by his girl and there has been police corruption!

Now I'm not a person that normally goes along with Conspiracy theories,as we seem to live in a World full of them from MJ being alive to 911...:rolleyes:

But I must say this situation absolutely reeks.:mad:

I've also seen rucksack strap in articles instead of purse strap. I've seen that people were throwing rocks at Gatti and that caused the injury to the back of his head. I think that clearly there are lots of conflicting reports and that we'll still end up with two different theories, the Brazilian/wife's version and the US/Gatti family version. I'm going with the police on this one though though we probably haven't heard their official version yet.

Another detail, 3 weeks before his death, Miss Rodriguez would have forced/convinced Arturo to give her more or less everything in case he would die and made him to change his will into that direction: Canoe – Infos – Société: Son testament a bel et bien été modifié

The good news is Dr. Michael Baden helped with the second autopsy in Quebec and they already said they found new injuries

Yep, severe bruises apparently and he says that there is other major "avoidances" that the prosecutors in Brazil didn't mention, he doesn't even have the toxicologist report yet, which should be provided this week normally by OUR toxicologists in Montreal, and he'll talk more about the apparently steak knife stab behind the head, sounds like it's getting more and more fishy, especially after the report that Gatti was forced/convinced by his wife to change his will 3 weeks before and to put everything to her name in case of his death...

Gatti's brother confirms that Arturo's will was changed 3 weeks before his death, and that the wife gets everything.

To be honest, with the sheer level of corruption within the police forces of Brazil, I wouldn't be surprised if she promised over some of the money. It's a sad situation to say, but your average Brazilian police officer probably makes the officers of Rampart Division look like Sgt Joe Friday.

From the article it also says that Gatti's wife will also receive 1 million dollars in a life insurance policy. Red flags are everywhere.

I want to know if she made him take away the trust fund he had already set up for his 1st child, a 3 year old girl. Once his wife met the ex-girlfriend, and his daughter, she forbid him from seeing his daughter.
