Mayweather is technically still retired so no way a guy who hasn't fought in almost 2 yrs can be #1, and thing about the illegal wraps is now Margarito's ENTIRE career is put in doubt, cause you don't know when or how many times he's used the wraps, i'm no fan boy of ANY fighter, so i'm just saying it as is, hell even Tony's wins over Cintron can be put into doubt, and i hate Cintron with a passion
