IMO if Haye fights Wlad he'd do just that, try to blow Wlad out early and fail and then get KO'd, if he tries to outlast Wlad the accumulation of shots will catch up to him and he'll get stopped, brutally
He'd box smart against Wlad and i'd put money on Haye landing big first, question is how would Wlad take a big punch off Haye? And whats who he's fought since last time he got KTFO got to do with anything? The only one with any speed was Byrd and he has no power and certainly not the speed of Haye, Peter floored him what was it 3 times? And had he any speed could well ahve caused him serious trouble IMO. Brewster is the only one he has dared rematch, the other 2 he had to get his big brother to beat up for him like a little fucking schoolboy.
Peter "floored" him from throwing shots to the back of Wlad's head all night, and how conveniently you forget that Wlad almost had him out of there in the last round
Haye and boxing smart don't go together, he didn't dare engage a slow, weak, one dimensional fighter like Valuev, what's he gonna do different against Wlad who has a hammer like jab and then the right, and the hook to accompany it
HAYE BARELY BEAT VALUEV FOR FUCK SAKE, HOW ANYONE COULD CONSIDER THIS A HUGE VICTORY IS BEYOND ME
Valuev is better than Purrity

Purrity wasn't Wlads 11th pro fight though! Wlad was fighting someone with a 9-5 record in his 11th and so should Haye.

Haye likes to make the habit of biting off more than he can chew, he almost did it with the Klitschko's, he realized it, and well "hurt his back"
Re: New Heavyweight Champion
rjjtszyu, PLEASE talk up your boy some more because he doesn't do it enough himself "Oi, you betta watch out for tha Hayemaka he gonna be takin tha heavyweight division by storm" :vd:
David Haye has won his trinket, he did nothing he promised, and in fact he's proven himself to be a giant hypocrit "Oi you know me, I'm gonna go out there for the KO"....really?? Because I didn't see that until the 12th round and even then that little punk was running.
After that showing I am even more confident Wladimir will wreck him and Haye has less than no chance vs Vitali. "How will Wlad take one of Haye's power punches?" you ask....well that depends on if Haye can be bothered to throw one. People complain about Wlad's jabbing all the time, but he's still putting in the work, he's still doing the damage...Haye will be found out soon enough. Hell John Ruiz may give him a hard fight
Re: New Heavyweight Champion
The real champion is still Wlad, Haye is just an alphabet soup title holder.
Unless someone beats Wlad there is no new HW champion.

Haye had a deal with Setanta for the klitschko fight and as most UK guys would know, all the talk was of the channel being in financial shit and on the brink of closing. These guys were supposed to be paying Haye as im led to believe. I think this is why Haye 'hurt his back' cos he was looking at maybe not getting paid. Im neither standing up nor disrespecting Haye. Just letting yiz know what i THINK happened.

John Ruiz WILL get Ko'd. And yes I will talk my fighter up. It's the first boring fight he has had and the haters are on his back for it. Wlad is boring every time he fights, and every time I fight his corner because they are his tactics and they are effective. Haye's tactics were to use his tremendous speed after trying all week to get under the freaks skin with trash talk. I expected him to run for the first 6 or 7 rounds and then start going for the big shots. He didn't, but he won. Thats all that mattered last night.
As for when he fights Wlad, he won't be fighting a man who is 7'2 with an 85" reach and outweighs him by 100lbs, He'll be fighting someone who is 3" taller than him has an 80" reach and weighs 20lbs more than him. But the most important part of it all, someone who is not even half his speed and has an even more suspect chin than himself, Haye wins KO FACT.
Re: New Heavyweight Champion
David Haye is a British version of Paulie Malinaggi...a flamboyant trash talker who can't back up all that shit he talks.
I must admit, David Haye has proven something at heavyweight though.....he's proven he's nothing special

Yeah obviously. He beat Valuev without being in one spec of trouble. As far as the great HW champs in history your right he is not special but they are gone and we are left with garbage, so yes he is special in this day and age.
Re: New Heavyweight Champion
Wow, and people call me a fan boy.....rjjtszyu, don't take it too hard when Haye gets stomped out like the little punk he is

At least I can admit he is not up there with the ATG's of the division. You seem to think Wlad and Vitali are one and two of all time.
Re: New Heavyweight Champion
....they haven't been tested by anyone special in their era. Sure they have lost, but all heavyweights bar Marciano have lost. I'm saying Ali had Frazier Foreman et al, Lewis had Tyson and Holyfield etc....The Klitschko's have been promised something special in David Haye and what Haye gave everyone last night was this

i understand that but that was against Wlad, what was his bullshit excuse for the Vitali fight?
