I'm also a journalist & like you I want to know more. But, my first reaction to the story was not 'I can't wait to see the movie'. I suspect yours wasn't either Amat, or Bilbo's or most others here. I'm sure weren't also disappointed that you now wouldn't get to read Valero's book about killing his wife because Valero had killed himself. There's a difference between wanting to know more & being crass.

I've heard the stories, this is reportedly a picture of a younger Miles before a night out on the grab (Miles doesn't need to 'pull', da biatches come to him)

From my point of view Daniel Velero became obsessed, then was maybe even possessed: The stages can be seen.
He couldnt watch what he was thinking any longer and his own story took him over.
Through his lack of compassion towards others. His demon won, nurtured an internal story to blame all his pains onto someone else. Then the story took him over and made it his story and history.
Happens alot when our minds can no longer reel in our own emotions we search outside for the cause and then we blame.
You have to let some things just go Daxx.
All people react in different ways some can only deal with it by allowing themselves to search for a funny side.
Others go into depression, others get drunk, others get obsessed by it and have to know every inch of it.
Finding wrong in others is the real issue here, I think it is the root of what caused Daniel to do what he did. If we blame our pains on external causes we can remain victims of them. If we say instead that we are allowing external things to effect us (then we get our power back to be able to do something about our position in it). Theres a big difference in those two ways and none of us are taught them. Which is wrong ! So Im off to kill a few parents and teachers...
No Im not, Im going to remain very calm and smile at the obvious trap I could of fallen into and not join the millions in the world that do.
If anyone gives you positive rep for this, whilst mocking my own insightful posting earlier I will dispair of this forum. All you did was repeat my post but change his name to Daniel I'm guessing to create some psuedo religious metaphor :p

Just fukkin with your head Bilbo .
I think thats the demons name that took him over.
Re: I am FUCKING ashamed of some people here and their Valero comments!!!!
Valero doesn't deserve much sympathy for killing his wife but what makes me wonder is all the head trauma he had... I am not saying that it is automatically the cause of his behaviors but living closely to somebody who has had a bad head trauma himself, I can assure that it can totally change the character of somebody in the nick of time. Cerebral lesions are a bitch, believe me. IF he did drink and that it did cause even more problems, it totally makes sense as well as cerebral lesions are strengthening the reactions and confusion that somebody would normally have. It would be interesting to know how he was before his brain lesions and after as well as his reaction to alcohol before and after the incident.

So who would you pick to play Valero? I think if they wanted to make the audience have sympathy for Edwin Valero his wife needs to be played by Renee Zelwegger.
@Daxx mate, you made me lol at the 'you be exactly the same if you overheard someone at a supermarket. Just in case it happens, it wouldn't be a good idea to go up to total strangers and lambast them, please think first before you do it :D
I don't give a shit Bilbo....People talking shit and being fucking assholes I will tell them...
I have an arrest for beating up a guy who was smacking the shit out of his kid in the street and turned out to be an attorney for the city....Should I have minded my own business?" According to the judge yes...But hey I can't stand there and watch that...
I have an arrest for beating a guy up who was berating his wife at a diner...was it my business? Again according to the judge No!! but could not sit and witness it....
Not trying to act as though I am some savior or some tough guy for good because I certainly am not... but certain things are just wrong and I can care less who it is or where I am I will address it...Not like I am some left wing advocate or a Redneck militia member....who runs around hating non Americans...think the wifes place is to serve the husband...And Only male children are worth keeping because they can only carry on the family name....
I will speak my mind on it...If it is OK for people to say what they want why is it not OK for me to say how I feel about it?...
Like I said before not like I hold any feelings against anyone for what they said because that would be stupid how does anyone here effect my life? The second I click off the site all is forgotten...I am not Danny G I will not sit around my comp looking for ways to get back at people...
I said how I felt about what was said nothing more nothing less....

Re: I am FUCKING ashamed of some people here and their Valero comments!!!!
I can understand Daxx. I could wake up tomrrow and be angry about something that I laughed at yesterday.
The fact that Valero was able to walk around with that ridiculous haircut was a warning sign. I never cared for the runt. Plain and simple.
If this were a story about Mike Tyson I'd be offering many a lame excuse. I like the guy.

But exlaiming in CAPITAL LETTERS THAT IF PEOPLE WHO MADE JOKES WERE IN FRONT OF YOU RIGHT NOW YOU WOULD CHOKE THEM kind of puts you closer to the Valero mindset than someone who makes a joke.
Anyway, if you think what has been said up to now is bad wait until you read X's upcoming thread.
And all this trying to make out some of you are morally better than others is just ridiculous. It's a fact of human nature that 99% of us would be more concered about our own slight headache, than about 50,000 people being killed in an earthquake at the same time on the other side of the world. That's just human nature, and yes, you will have been guilty of that too, unless you are permantly wailing in the streets and waving end of the world placards in front of people's noses.
I have only read through the first page or so of this thread and this is the one that stands out for me. This is a message board on the internet and people will say things to rub people the wrong way and sometimes be less considerate than they otherwise would in real life. This often involves exaggerated humour.
What happened with Valero and recent events concerning him are no doubt tragic and god awful, but to start a rant and in that rant include a segment in capital letters saying you would choke them is also way off and not in any way rational, considerate nor noble.
I haven't made any jokes about it, but if anyone does (as I'm sure X will) then so be it. If humans can do anything well, it is to laugh at the absurdity and ridiculousness of situations of all kinds. It isn't always tasteful, but so be it. If you don't like it, you will just have to lump it.
Sorry Daxx, but I think you are being overly sensitive going by your original posting. Chill before you do indeed choke someone. :-\

If that was Miles, you've got it wrong. He's from 'da ghetto'.
Yeah he was a ' stone-cold playa' back in the day don't you know?
Haha, ;D
You cunts! :-X
Re: I am FUCKING ashamed of some people here and their Valero comments!!!!
And I'm not having a go there, just saying that you can't get too worked up about things online. Some people will be insensitive or else have a different approach to a tragic situation. Not everyone will respond quite how you think they should. But that's life really.
And WTF is that picture Jazz? I would never wear those shades.:p
