If it's an exciting fight..... the public may even demand a rematch.
:)
I disagree. I hope it does end in the first few rounds, that is David Haye's best and only chance far as I see it. He must land on Wlad early and not let Wlad get into his jab and hold rhythm. Gotta put him in wounded giraffe panic mode fast.
Re: Haye: It's been confirmed, I'm fighting Wladimir
I think if Haye did stop Wlad in the early rounds, rather than it being a 'is that all there was' it would be like a HW Pacquiao-Hatton with people exhilirated.
In terms of interest for the HW division, it would be far better for an exciting Haye win than any win by Wlad. Haye is divisive, but the Klitschkos for all their talents don't really divide opinion. There's a small pocket who either love or hate them (Lyle & Hornfinger respectively) and everyone else is kind of 'meh...'
Re: Haye: It's been confirmed, I'm fighting Wladimir
If Valuev made him shell up then you've got to figure Wlad will....broken hand or not, Vaulev had no power, no sopeed and the guy did't even shine the shoes on him which in all honesty I figured he would. I thought he would have and should have KO'd Valuev and his lackluster performance there has me even more convinced that this will be a simple fight for Wlad...avoid the quick right cross and counter the wild power punches...it shouldn't take long.
The only thing I'm curious about is how much humility will the WBA title holder show in defeat

Sorry, but any boxer who weighs 100lbs more than you will put you in serious difficulty if he catches you. Valuev has the fundamentals & enough that if catches a fighter weighing so much less than him, he could be in trouble. Add to that Haye's natural chinniness ;D

Wlad won't have to....I'm just saying if Valuev makes you gun shy then he will probably need to wear some depends when he steps in the ring vs Wlad.
Jazz, all I'm pointing out is that I expected him to hurt and even KO Valuev given the success Holyfield had, and the little glimmers of chinniness that Valuev had shown vs Bidenko and Monte Barrett...both rocked him better than the WBA title holder did....I was just disappointed because hell I thought Wlad was going to have to work for this win, but it'll be just another case of someone who may take a chance or two early but quickly be resigned to defeat and trying to limit the punishment he'll suffer at the hands of Wladimir.

Neither had Valuev rocking all over like Haye did in the 12th. Your just talking absolute bollocks now. I don't mind reading your comments when you stick to facts but this is absurd.
You show me Valuev rocked worse than at 1:53ish of this video!

Re: Haye: It's been confirmed, I'm fighting Wladimir
I doubt I can find the Monte Barrett one, but I do believe it was a right hand in the 2nd round that did shake Valuev...it didn't make him stumble as he was caught when he was already flat footed but it froze him.
As for Taras Bidenko, that is well documented

....Bidenko ain't no slugger, but his assault on Valuev in that clip showed that even his punches affected the "Giant"
...am I wrong for thinking that the WBA title holder SHOULD have KO'd Valuev??? I mean am I the 1 poster on the site thinking "Well damn, he really should have done better?" I know "Wah wah wah broken hand", but he's got 2 of them and I assume he can land a left hook
There are several opponents I think Wlad should have done better against, but nobody ever gives me the 3rd degree about that

Could not agree more. Haye will not win a twelve round fight.

No way was he hurt in that like he was against Haye and you know it.
