He's much better then Bernardo in the studio, I saw him calling fights for top rank last Saturday. He used to give Floyd a lot of shit, which I really enjoyed. ;)

Do you know how many children you could make happy by melting all those worthless trinkets down into Chucky cheese tokens
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
round 1 Stevenson. Gonzalez didn't throw any punches that round.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
what the fuck?
You stopped it. Really!
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
huh, well...............that was pretty pathetic of a stoppage.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
Well hell, now we've got 45 minutes to go before Lara vs. Hearns starts on Showtime.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
Ohh my. Good punches but that ref just froze and second guessed himself big time...bad stoppage. Rule him down along ropes if anything ???
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
Rubbish stoppage. Bullshit decision.
Boxing meanders along like a limping dog that knows death is impending.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
didn't ropes hold Gonzalez up there? Should have been a count.
Shitty ref.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
If I didn't know that this fight was in Canada, I might have thought this fight was in Texas. :p
Bad stoppage.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
I absolutely HATE it when a ref looks so unsure of himself. Geez... get some experienced refs in there, for crying out loud.

Yes, he should have said ropes held him up and ruled a knockdown. Or if he thought ropes didn't hold him up, it should have gone for another few seconds.
Re: ESPN and Showtime FNF thread for April 20th - Jermain Taylor back in action
Ref and judges. None of them are worth a damn anymore.
