Re: JCC Jr. will never get a break...
JCC Jr is starting to win me over. Great win over Andy, I want to see him against Martinez and I think he can win it.
Re: JCC Jr. will never get a break...
I love Juniors dad and I have to say Junior has impressed me in his last couple of fights and certainly improved. However Martinez is a quality fighter and his victories over Barker and Macklin were not appreciated the way they should have been as people were looking at Sergio’s weaknesses as opposed to two strong hungry challengers who would give JCC Junior a lot more problems.

don't bother responding if all you have is insults on top of insults.
have a great day!
You and Onix come from the same group. You thought I was being "hurtful, disrespectful, and rude"?? You're hilarious, kid. Have you ever re-read your own posts on here? Case of the "pot calling the kettle black", isn't it? And if you're going to butt into the exchanges between Onix and myself, do me a favor and see where it all begins. Usually with an uncalled for rude comment by Onix toward me. But you won't see that, because you and I have never gotten along either, and you'll only see what you want to see. So get off my back.
Take the test? Chavez did - Dan Rafael Blog - ESPN
Dan Rafael may know just as much as you or I do, but assuming that this is true does this change your or anyone elses opinion at all??
If.... what is stated in the article is in fact true, it would indeed soften my stance toward Junior as far as being an active participant in the whole fishy-smelling farce. However, it does
nothing to dispel my (and many other people's) suspicions regarding the Texas State Commission, as well as the "behind-the-scenes" mysterious "string-pulling" by Jose Sulaiman, and Papa Chavez.
Every day I'm more and more convinced that these two will bend or break every rule possible to continue Junior's unbeaten streak. I never thought to begin with that Andy Lee was all that. I
wanted him to win, but in reality never held out much hope. He's slow and lanky, and offers not much more than a tough chin. He was never any competition for Junior.
Meanwhile, it appeared Sulaiman had finally done something good for boxing, recommending the implementation of same-day weigh-ins for the WBC..... and now it appears he may be having second thoughts. Nothing more than a slip-up on his part, that would've eventually done in Junior, who benefits from the current rules and packs on well over 20+ pounds on the day of the fight. Hardly a level playing field.
To be honest, my problem is not so much Junior (he just fights), as it is the organization behind Junior. If all boxer sons were treated to such preferential treatment, even breaking the rules..... they'd all be undefeated.
His record should come with an asterisk.
That's the thing, its not him trying to pull a fast one on anyone. Sure he takes advantage of every advantage he has but the way I see it his attitude is "Hey i'll take that advantage if its there." Every one would do that wouldnt they?? Cotto targeting Margarito's eye in the rematch was an advantage and he took it, no one complained. I know its not the same as Cotto didnt do anything illegal but he did take an advantage that was there for him.
Assuming that JCC is not on something then him showing up 20, 30, or 40lbs heavier is a legal advantage that is set by the commission not by JCC and it is not just the "MBC" that has this rule its all the commissions so I see nothing wrong with it if he can make his body do that naturally.
Re: JCC Jr. will never get a break...
State troopers certainly gave him a break when they didn't toss his bloated Elvis looking self into the drunk tank.
He has all the advantages and push most fighters can only dream of.

Piss was given, but was it his? After reading this, I'm not so sure.
The suspicious circumstances surrounding Julio Cesar Chavez Junior’s drug test for his fight with Andy Lee
Junior deserves all the harsh criticism he gets. Failed drug test. DUI 2 weeks before his fight with Rubio. No dedication in maintaining his weight. WBC basically handing him a belt, in order to please his papa. And what was with that acting like a clown shit in the ring against Lee. He's a spoiled brat that needs an ass kicking.
Re: JCC Jr. will never get a break...
Apparently the Texas commission tweeted Fat Dan and told him they conducted post fight piss tests which are also optional. Anyone who takes anything the Texas commission has to say with more then a grain of salt should come north of 60 and buy some of the tropical rain forest being offered.
