Re: Juan Manuel Marquez, clean or not?
Roach reveals that he asked for random blood testing prior to Saturday’s shock, adding: ‘The Marquez people refused. I went to the (Nevada) commission but it is their practice not to do that unless both sides agree. If not, they just take a urine test on fight night. But that can be too late.

Donaire, who is the only boxer doing random 24/7 365 testing asked Arce to do random testing under VADA for this fight. Arce declined to do so. Arce's strength coach is Angel Hernandez/Herdedia, the same guy JMM uses.
But that's guilt by association Kirk. Honestly bud every strength and conditioning coach at this level today is well aware and up to speed on modern day chemistry. Now do we then conclude all are cheating because testing is so shallow? Again if so then its an even playing field. The boxing powers at be should have a testing manifesto for at least tin bashing. Random testing for all title fights. Paid for by the fab 4 parasites that create another belt every other year in order to collect more sanctioning fees.
They don't want random testing and neither does any promoter. Why is that? Economics.
I tthink the vast majority are cheating ans I agree with you that the boxing industry doesn't want random testing as it might catch cheaters and fuck up massive fights.
Re: Juan Manuel Marquez, clean or not?
I find it a bit hypocritical for Pac and his team to accuse JuanMa and ask for an investigation. Not so long ago Floyd did the same to them and they were crying about it.

Why not go public before the Marquez fight? Why did Pac refuse the tests when negotiating with Floyd?
He's doping or not, I'm beyond caring, they're behaving like they're in a schoolyard
