There was an article on boxingscene, I believe, about that, sounds like really shady stuff went down. Oquendos promoter released a long statement saying they were basically kidnapped, threatened and forced to submit to unverified testing, and told afterwards that he tested positive for what are commonly breast cancer drugs. I felt at the time that Oquendo gave the fight away and am thinking now that it's quite likely he literally did out of fear. Chagaev was in terrible form and probably needed help to beat anyone decent.
