No. There is no way he would of been able to get his wraps cleared every single time. That means these different commissions and officials just missed them all through out the years? Come on now. That's a lot of missing. Plus wraps are checked closely. The reason they were missed in the Mosley fight is cuz the California commission was the one checking them. People don't realize that boxing in Los Angeles was pretty much dead till the Staples Center came along. That's when Los Angeles got back into hosting big name boxing again. But it didn't host it on a regular basis. When Mosley-Margatrito took place it was only like the 4th or 5th big fight it had hosted in a 10 year span. A lot of the California commission officials were inexperience and weren't even sure on what to do. The Nevada. New York and New Jersey commissions have tons of experience and know what to look for. I can't see Margarito wraps being cleared by those experienced commissions if his wraps were loaded.
