Yep, i go along with this. Maidana did everything he could and he did make it hard for Floyd. We've all become so accustomed to Floyd taking charge and coasting to the inevitable end that when somebody like Maidana gives him a genuine tough fight we're all a little shocked!
Re: Which is the biggest reason for Floyd's struggles tonight?
There was a moment in round one (our maybe round two) where Maidana hit Mayweather with (I think) three overhand rights, at least one of which was a very hard shot and it really looked like Maidana had found the punch to short circuit Mayweather but Mayweather (who at this point, was trying to find was to evade the shots), them decided to stand toe to toe and work it out amidst some of the best infighting I've seen this year.
He can still fight but I think really, he'd rather not.

Fact... and id be amazed if he ever faces a fast opponent again .
Khan might be better than Maidana overall but he is not as tough or as powerful as Maidana, I would still tip Floyd to KO Khan. Mayweather is not fucking Khan.
He's ducking Pacquiao who has the measure of both speed and power, it's now abundantly clear why to everybody!! :)

Who's ducking who?
In 09 Manny requested and recieved a 5050 split.... but walked away over the cutoff date (to fight the already signed Clottey) because, according to him:
"14 day too close....I still in hebby training"
C'mon now..
That was a straight up duck and you know it.
NOBODY needs more than 14 days to recoup..
Where were you when Arum said they needed to build a temporary stadium???..that SHIT didn't come from Mayweather's side.
Imagine if those were Ellerbe's words.
Pac's team are the one changing excuses...remember this gem:
"Manny's cut won't be healed in time for May 3rd"
Damn
The shit Manny gets away with.

Just the rambling of a complete fool!
Flomo's mate, did he have a board meeting with you all once and discuss the elaborate cover storry you're all to stick with in order to throw off criticism?
It's a red handed situation here mate. He's been running from Pac for years, EVERYONE knows this! It's ok. If he wants to be TBE, tell him all he has to do is get in the bloody ring! ;)

I love Pac fans who just assume "everyone" thinks Floyd is ducking Manny. Let's just forget about issues like Pac being dodgy about drug testing initially....or Pac being controlled by Bob Arum. Yeah...it's all Floyd's fault. He is scared. But NOW Pac will do anything to fight Floyd..wonder why? Could it be that now, more than ever, he needs the biggest pay day of his life (tax issues, etc.).
Re: Which is the biggest reason for Floyd's struggles tonight?
It's no secret Pac was using, the only reason Floyd insisted so strongly is because it was his way out, protecting his 0! The "0" is the only marketability he has, if that should go he'll have to budet his money instead of wasting it up the wall.
And Bob Arum wants the fight as much as Pac does, Pac is near the end, of course Arum would like to cash in on his biggest pay day ever what the hell!

You just accused another person of "rambling" yet you spew this nonsense. So let me get this straight...Floyd should have gone ahead and fought someone who was potentially cheating. Brilliant. Bob Arum wants the fight?! Thank you for that brilliant insight. Of course he does. But Floyd doesn't want to do business with that blood sucking vampire...the same guy who has fighters in his own stable either leaving or suing his repugnant ass. But yeah....the richest athlete in sports should just ignore all of this and fight a guy who is so desperate.
Re: Which is the biggest reason for Floyd's struggles tonight?
I think Floyd's next move will answer the question as to why he struggled in that last fight. If he knew that he did his best and that old age may have caught up with him, then he will definitely retire (again). He will not risk that '0' by putting himself in the same predicament or worse. If Floyd thinks he just had a bad night or he just underestimated the opponent, then we'll have another Floyd fight in our hands.

Zing...
Anybody trying to deny Manny rejected a 5050 split over the 14 day cutoff is just as dumb and crooked as Manny.

Neither side wanted the fight. Both sold better when "does this lead to May/Pac?" As long as it looms it elevates them. You can shear a sheep...
One side agreed to all the demands...the other made excuses ranging from fear of needles to Stadiums needing to be built and investors from Dubai rounded up.
When Arum refused to make the Oscar fight...Floyd left and made it himself..THAT is what fighters do when they want something.
Manny could EASILLY do the same thing....it's too late now...he's no longer relevant.
Re: Which is the biggest reason for Floyd's struggles tonight?
So let me get this straight max Mayweather says lets do better testing for riods and i will give you 40 mill and pac says no to that. Then pacs a fucking coward ducking fuck that could not learn how to cycle his drugs for 40 million dollars that in it self makes me think it is not just Mayweathers fault.
