Dont listen to me, listen to floyd sr.
Do not buy into that crap he is fighting out of his weight class. He is fighting in his comfort zone beating poor welterweights.
Re: Andre Ward- better than Floyd Mayweather?
Master every person Mayweather has fought has out weighed not to meantion beating Cotto and Ginger who were both way heavier then Mayweather. Man walks round maybe 150 not a big guy at all compared to his comp. Andre has yet to Move up to lhw or hell cw if so skill why has he not. I mean Mayweather started out at 130 and now fights at 147 or 154 and the guys come fight night some are almost 170 and he weighs the same or under at 154. Andre really does nothing better then Mayweather shit the man fights less then him now and fucking Mayweather is 37 years of age now his prime is gone and still fighting bigger guys. Ward good but to put Froch and Kessler as some big wins when they them self's have never been the man of a division is kinda lame and as for Dawson yea he got beat by Pascal and weight drain coming down to fight at weight he had not mad for a while.

The only notable fighters missing when it could have happened was Direll, Hopkins and Bute. Pascal could have gotten a good fight too. These fights can still happen if they want it to happen. Both Direll's can get it.
The P4P #1 is Andre Ward. Totally!
To me, Ward was a little more exciting as an amateur, but the professional ranks change people. He has the elusiveness of Sweet Pea, the sudden strike-reflexes of a Mike Spinks, the movement of Mayweather and the handspeed that isn't comparable to Roy Jones in his hey-day, but good enough. Power isn't a Tommy Hearns either, but we can take it.
Now that the legal challenges are out of the way, the sky is the limit for Ward. I can see him in 3 fights a year. January/February, May-early July and then late October early November.
Now with the invention of GGG, the presence of Quillin, Anthony Direll winning a title, Andre Direll back in action, Bute still stalking, Pascal needing a fight, things can happen from 160 to 175- catch-weights too.
It's not an outrageous claim to say Ward is better than FM.
But FM brings a POWERFUL résumé to the table.
Remember when Ward won Olympic gold in 04, Floyd had been world champion for six years.
I just think there is more in depth FM's resume than Ward's, that's not to say Ward could not beat FM, no-one is unbeatable, and in the P4P I would say only Ward and Rigo would have chance against FM.

He cant change what era he is fighting in and he is beating guys that outweigh him and are far younger..
Floyd is 140 all day but the money is at 147>
Floyd is not 140lb, if he was he could have made the weight against JMM or even Hatton. He is beating crude and limited welterweights and getting paid a fortune for it.
