To put it, it was a knockdown for purpose of scoring the points, but was it a KO where Mayweather was dazed or unable to fight on? NO.

Even if Steele saw the glove hit the canvas, he has the right to wave off the knockdown if he feels it wasn't a significant KD.
I kind of like it when refs don't call these borderline technical non-KD's in big fights that could affect a close fight.
