Huni getting more and more confident as the fight progress. Wardley looks disponent in round 6.
sixth to justis
seventh to justis. he might stop fabio
Unless Huni gets tired he wins this. Wardley is getting desperate with the right hands.
eighth to justis
Simpson wins by stoppage in the 10th round.
Wardley needs something similar now.
all justis through nine
justis down in the tenth & it's over!!!!
like i said earlier in the thread, justis' chin had me concerned
Wardley is not at the elite level yet. He should stay at division 2 until he gets some better experience and shows more improvement.
Huni fought a near perfect fight and was very humble in his loss. He is a very good boxer and definitely beats all our English level heavyweights at the moment. Hope he gets an opportunity to prove it.
Pretty much nailed it again to be fair. It was a good shot to KO Huni, no disgrace in it, maybe could’ve been a little more cautious with the lead he had.
Credit to Wardley, we all know he’s game as fuck! And I don’t like to criticise too much. But he’s very limited , although he is improving.
My problem is that he’s WBA World champion (Interim) and mandatory . But that’s not his fault, he doesn’t do the rankings. Good luck to the guy, I hope he makes a boat load of money.
it was a good shot. the count seemed okay to me. i wonder if it was fabio who was down if it might have been a bit slower & checked over once on his feet? fabio is limited but he has that one hitter quitter power. the fight reminded a bit of david tua v fres oquendo, where fres just had to keep from getting caught & victory was his. being with the wba means he could fight the planned kubrat pulev v michael hunter fight for their belt, that's winnable. jarrell miller, martin bakole & manuel charr are still in their ratings so he could gain some experience & purses against those types, dave allen is now in their ratings for another possible queensbury v matchroom bout
