3rd he did this video and it took him 2hours? plus he even went to the post office to send out the tape to NBC?

look he even had costume changes and did like 5 different speeches and has like 4 different weapons and no one like thought this was odd he was taping himself in the middle of a hallway?????

I'm sure he was pretty careful, waited until times when he knew nobody was around. In some of the footage you can see he recorded walking down a hallway in first person. The block pattern on the walls looks similar to the pattern in this pic:

Pretty risky thing to do! Standing in a hallway at Uni, waving guns around and getting your picture taken. I'm sure if somebody saw it, they would say something. ;)

so you lived in two dorms and your trying to tell me you never heard the other coeds arguing, fucking, laughing, etc? when i was living in the dorms i could even hear whether or not my neighbors were scoring or getting shot down play by play hahaa. u must have lived in nicer dorms than i did the ones i lived in were real old and the accustics was like everyone could hear clearly everyones business.

I heard on the news this morning that one of his roommates barely recognized his picture on the news because he never looked people in the face mostly just at the ground. The roommate also didnt recognize his voice because he had only spoken to him once the entire year.

It sounds like the kid had deeply set issues that would have taken years of therapy to get over. I almost feel sorry for him, because I would assume that he had to go through some pretty bad stuff in life to end up that messed up. I cant even imagine.

exactly! i mean i was BHS/pre law major in college and i had to study this ish 247 so im actually siding with you on this one. he obviously was MAD abused for him to end up like this and if you go by his writing hes obsessivley venting about abuse in both of his writings when he had the option of writing about virtually anything he chose abuse as his theme for both assignments.

The whole deal is that in psychology and psychiatry you have to follow certain rules to ensure the rights of the patient...you also rely on government funding to run most mental health hospitals which usually takes a back seat to "more important matters".....well there is a BIG reason that like 80% of homeless people are unmedicated/self medicating(with drugs and alcohol) schizophrenics....it's really bad in California, I think Santa Monica maybe where they have a big problem with that.

i disagree that he was bipolar cause generally speaking the bipolar people i encountered and possibly myself lol tend to be really really freakin happy and then realy depressed. theres no signs yet that this kid was every really happy. also bipolar people tend to be real creative and talented in some artistic artform of expression hahaha i havent really seen that in him yet? that is interesting in the messiah complex you mentioned.

i remember going back to when i used to drink alcohol i felt bipolar like effects meaning obviously a good buzzzzzz would make you feel good, but the stress drama of work/school/girls etc would bring you down once again. thats one of the other reasons why i quit alcohol too.

you also mentioned government funding and how the government is to blame for the lack of funding etc. well alot of people suprise suprise especially in california actually blame RONALD REAGON for this one. they feel the reason there are so many homeless schizos running around is because of what they feel ronald reagon did in the 80's by releasing all the patients into the streets and getting rid of those programs and funding and yes ronald reagon.

There's some cases where someone is either depressed or manic for weeks or months at a time and theres others (like what i used to have) when they can cycle between manic and depressive several times a day. Being manic doesn't nessesarily mean you are happy. When you are manic you have very high self esteem and being angry and irritated isnt that uncommon in this state. You get a god complex and feel that you can do anything because theres nothing in the world thats gonna stop you. It might seem to the person suffering from mania that they are in a good mood or they have good self-esteem but those around them who actually know them see it as them being an extremely cocky, arrogant, asshole with a highly inflated ego.
