Sergio Mora & Alfonso Gomez make weight & are back in action Tuesday night.

I got Gomez k.o.'ing Tackie in 7 or 8.

I hope Gomez wins but I think Tackies gonna edge out a decision.

I think the ring experience will give Tackie the advantage.

This Gomez Tackie fight looks like a good matchup on paper, stopping Tackie would be a big statement for Gomez. I like Tackie as well so I am not rooting for anyone, may the best man win.

I dont think Tackie has ever been stopped, but he had a draw with Norberto Bravo...that was a few years ago but Gomez is pretty big WW hes fought guy that are supermiddleweights now. Could happen but not likely. I dont see Tackie beat Gomez on points though either. Gomes UD hopefully he gets a late stoppage though.

Gomez looking good. Putting punches together well upstairs and downstairs....

I gave Gomez round 1.

Good close round I gave it to Gomez for have better defense and making Tackie miss. He also connected some good body shots to the ribs. Nice start.

Really good fight....

I'm seeing a Gomez I never seen before a more improved Gomez then even the Gatti fight.

Pretty good round, Tackie landing more but Gomez had alot more jabs and some good combos...nice jab cross left hook combo. Gomez again.

His defense needs more work but he's doing OK.
Hes countering Tackie well, and keeping Tackie at a distance with his jab.

2-1 rounds for Gomez.

Im very suprised Tackie Is Keeping and is able to set Pace st this stage of Career.

Gomez always looks doughy and soft.

Almost the same as second round, but throw in a uppercut into his combo. I like the way Gomez keeps moving but is it me or is tackie coming in squared up and Gomez is moving to the wrong side? Watchout for Tackies right.

I actually think he looks fit.
He looked really doughy for the Gatti fight and you can see in his arms and in his wings/ribs that hes worked his body.

4th...Nice boxing by Gomez,body shots and Slip & slide defense at end.Better

3-1 for Gomez.

Gomez using ring generalship moving well and utilizing his jab. Snapped Tackies head back throughout the whole round.

Fcuk! Boston scored 7-3 now. :(

Nice combo hook downstairs followed with the opposite hand hook upstairs well done Gomez.
Tackie for the most part just coming forward head down and winging punches.

4-1 for Gomez.

Gomez is just outboxing Tackie. Tackie is working on pressuring Gomez and hoping he can break Gomez down that way.

Gomez is boxing beautifully, this is a good fight. It may be a shutout so far but still a good fight. If Tackie just doubles up the lead right Gomez is in trouble.

If Tackie can make Gomez stop boxing and make Gomez fight an inside fight he can slip away with the win.

Tackie gettting the better of the round here as hes fighting on the inside.

Gomez back to boxing now.
