Peter was way too limited. Awful sluggish movement, no footwork and absolutely no strategy for getting inside and landing combinations.

Vitali did a decent job, and would probably beat most of the heavyweights out there, but that doesnt mean too much IMO.

Just like when Urkal's corner stopped the fight against Cotto, they knew the score, because of open scoring, they knew he didn't have a chance of winning, so ended it.

I think open scoring sucks!

it depends on the boxer... for example this fight, if Peter feels he has the stamina to complete the fight, he could just stand there and wait for Klitschko and hope to land his haymaker someway... but maybe Peter felt he has no chance at all of landing it and maybe afraid that he might get KOed eventually so it's better to quit and fight another day...

My stream broke down after the 6th. Vitali put on a good performance dethroning the #2 guy in the division off a 4yr layoff. Makes me wonder what he would have done in those 4yrs if he didn't retire.

The only hope for division clarity now if for the brothers to fight. They have always said it would never happen, but the interest a bro vs. bro fight to determine the undisputed heavyweight champ of the world would generate means a TON of cash for both. Hopefully, someone will step up with a financial offer they can't possibly refuse.

Slap won't punch Haye's chin. He'll just try and paw his shots. Haye was young, inexperienced and wasn't motivated for the Thompson fight. Every fresh, prime fighter Slap has gone in with he has been knocked out or put on his ass. Don't count bums like Tony Thompson or Ray Austin. And what happenes when Haye lands pure power on Slaps jaw ? If Slap gets put on his ass 3 times by Samuel Peter and gets knocked out by Corrie Sanders it's pretty scary to think what Haye can and will do. Haye is a natural heavyweight and will be hitting harder than at cruiserweight. Scary thought. Haye will DESTROY both the Klitchsko's. And I fukking CAN'T WAIT!!!

I give David Haye a chance against Wladimir Klitschko because of Wladimir's weak chin, but no chance against Vitali Klitschko. Vitali is just too damn tough and he looked like he never left, Vitali Klitschko can easily wipe out any Heavyweight at the moment including his brother.

Vitali Klitschko always leaves himself open but he pulls back, like Muhammad Ali used to do to avoid punches. Obviously not as good as Muhammad Ali but you get my point, David Haye also leaves his left hand too low and he is open for right hands.

You know i like David Haye Lee, and me and you are the small number of people that believe David Haye. Has a good chance at KO Wladimir Klitschko. But sorry i can't see him beating iron chinned Vitali Klitschko.

If he thinks like that he should quit altogether,focus less on Completing the fight and more on adjusting & winning it.He looked stale and lost from the opening bell.....starting to wonder if there was more to the Rasta music than just his intro :-X
