The ref makes it clear where his allegiances lie. From what I've seen Vic has won 1 round of 6, so unless he won the 1st 4 I dunno how its close

Vic getting rocked up in the 10th...resorts to throwing Agbeko to the canvas...good clash vic busted up just aweful...ref calls it a headbutt...Wow these last two round should be harsh.
Ohhh Agbeko crosses his neck ala Hopkins to start round Wtf.??
Fuck Vic is a dirty fighter.
Agbeko is dictating but he is really sloppy now...I think the weight has all caught up to Vic,he looks wide and winded....One division too many...but with those bricks he has its not over until its over....Last round coming up.NEVER though it would see 12.
Just cant see them robbing Agbeko.have it 9-2 his way. This would be criminal
Darchinyan surely needs a KD/KO to win. Ive been watching since the 6th and he has been patchy.
I can't see anyway that Vic could have won. Agbeko better get prepared to get fukked by the judges
I never thought I'd agree with Don King, but Tommy Kimmons really did look like he'd been bought by Shaw
Raging school yard Bull y.
Didnt work that time did it! :gay5:
Last round to Vic on strong 20 seconds to close.King is such an azz,9-3 :-X
Fuck, they almost robbed him.
114-113 x2.....116-111 all unam winner Agbeko ;D;D
Holyshite I got one right
YESSS!! Those scorecards were far closer than I had it, but at least they gave it to him. What happened to Vic wantin to step up & fight Izzy & Rafa??? ;D
Fair play to Agbeko. He deserved the win on the parts of the fight I saw.
Darchinyan really struggled with Agbeko's style.
Darchinyan doesn't have the same KO power at the weight and got well outboxed.
Hey....Vic being straight up,taking loss:o.Good for him
Darchinyan needs to go back down in weight
Damn good card tonight, and what a shame about Gatti. Agbeko did great, would have been more lopsided without the push ruled a knockdown. Vic is surprisingly humble, I was sure he would be angry thinking he won.
War at a distance I dont get it at that level. Goodness Vic is ugly to watch and that left arm going back into load position before throwing is like watching a spoiled kid. I dont get how he gets away with it so much? Where were any uppercuts from Agbeko after Vic misses and stands there turned into a twist before uncoiling; could of been a finisher on Vic.Vics power hype may of worked to shape that fight that way.
Anyway good result, but for those two judges ???
In a way, I kinda feel sorry for Darchinyan. I didn't expect that poor performance from him. He's nowhere else to go now but to accept Donaire's challenge and defend his belts back down to 115. That would be a megafight.
I wish Bilbo was here to make a spam thread about how Donaire should be dropped from the P4P list based on Darchinyan's performance.
Crap. I was dead wrong. Lol. It was almost the opposite. PacDbest, you were right. So who's your pick on Khan-Koltenik and how is it gonna go?
I find it hard to believe almost 50% of people who texted in to Showtime voted that they thought Darchinyan would be champ at more than 3 weight divisions before it was all over. Vic hits hard and enjoys brawling... but he has huge lapses in boxing technique, and is extremely vulnerable to be hit with a variety of punches (left hooks, and apparently lead right hands).
I was rooting for Agbeko, so I was happy.
;D
Agbeko used superior speed (big surprise to me) to really control the distance between them expertly. Vic seemed really unsure as to whether he wanted to get inside and rough up Agbeko (which he was having no success doing) or stay on the outside and box Agbeko (which, with Agbeko's superior reach he was having no success doing...)
So when Vic says 'I used the wrong tactics' he's right, but even if he used the right tactics, I think he still gets beat.
Agbeko looked very good in there tonight, and Vic's power did not phase him at all. I enjoyed the fight, thought it was a good one.
Lard ass Shaw didn't show up in the ring this time during the post fight Vic interview. I wonder what his plans with Vic.
Vic used the wrong tactic, he was back to his old self just looking for one big punch. Where was the jab (what ever he was doing with his right hand was not a jab, looked like one but was not), where was the right hook. He looked tired after the 3rd round, drop down in weight coz thats too heavy for ya buddy.
I need to see Kotelnik fight 1st. I let you know by next week. Just wait till Pac-Cotto. Bet all your money on it!!!
I just talked Nonito this afternoon, Just to tell him I can't make it to his Public workout. We both pick Agbeko. He told me some inside stories about his split with his dad but I wont reveal it. I told him not to KO Concepcion too early. I requested to play a little up to rd 8-9.
Rumor is Shaw will stick to his original plan for Vic. And that is will continue to pit him against the big dogs at 122 like Marquez or Vazquez as he promised.
I'm gonna go see him at the Oxnard gym in a couple of weeks. I'll prolly get to meet Luevano also.
This was the very worse announcing job in the history of announcing. Why does Gus Johnson hate Vic so much. He did the same thing when Vic mugged Arce. In this fight, you would think the cards should have been 120-108. The guy should be canned for bias.
I don't like Gus Johnson too. Most of the time he just repeats what Berstein saying, and he also exxagerate nonsense things.
gotta admit I thought abeko didn't have a chance, I met and saw the guy fight here at Arco on the Dawson undercard and really didn't look all that great but looked awesome last night. I actually think it he beat vic mentally as muchas anything else. I think it wasn't the 118 that beat him abecko at any weight last night would have won
The fight was sloppy as hell.
If that is so then Shaw is an idiot! I picked Vic to win this fight and i thought that's as far as he goes, could you imagine what Juanma would do to Vic at 122lb?
Vic needs to go back to Super Fly or get Montiel. He is 33 and it's downhill from here especially at the higher weight, why do fighters always say they will have more power when they move up in weight only to discover they punch like a sponge.?
I think I grew to dislike Agbeko during this fight. He was a flopper just like his fellow countryman(I think) Joshua Clotty. Faking low blow pain, and acting like a baby every time Vic did anything close to being illegal was really annoying.
Is that something they teach you in Ghana when you learn to box. It is pathetic.
There was a local boxer named Jason Hayward who fought and got KO'd on the undercard. Anyone see this fight? How did he look?
Are you serious? If he acted like a baby every time Vic did anything close to illegal, he would have been crying literally every 10 seconds of the fight. Vic was abusing him with headlocks, pushes, elbows and headbutts the whole fight. Then when he got hit with a clear low blow right on top of the cup, he took all of 20 seconds to recover. Not to mention the BS knockdown, that means HE was the one who got a point taken against him when it should have been the other way around. And whenever their heads met, it was Vic who did the bulk of the complaining.
As for the fight, I always knew that Vic wasn't as good as he was against Mijares, I just thought that Agbeko, being as hittable as he was in his previous two fights, would get hit more then he actually did. He was still sloppy in the exchanges and looked more like the fighter who fought Gonzalez on Versus especially with that left hook, if it can be called that. On the outside however he worked well with the jab early and was controlling the distance and making Vic travel to him when he wanted to get off punches. It was refreshing to see the return of "The Crab" on Saturday night. It was more refreshing to see him outboxed again and it didn't take the best boxer in the division to do it. Vic against anyone top 5 at 122 or even someone like Fernando Monteil is murder, guaranteed KO especially if it was someone like Lopez.
I knew it wouldn't be long before he abandoned the jab that won him the Mijares fight.
I remember Don King saying Agbeko beat two opponents that night - Darchinyan and the referee. Vic was really in desperate situation. The 2nd push was flagrant and points should have been deducted against Vic imo.
