I also think a lot has to do with the locus of control. IE if you ask a rich person how they got to be rich they'd be more apt to say "I worked hard at it" and if you asked those girls in the video why they weren't rich they'd say "Because the government or other wealthy people keeping them from becoming rich"....the wealthy would view themselves as in control of their own destiny the poor idiots see themselves as having their destiny controlled by others hence this extinction burst to "fight the power" as it were.
