I like a bike to , four wheels and made by Mercedes Benz .
UK is so messed up. Just wouldn't happen here. Master, you should join me. Nobody would steal your bike here.
Massive inconvenience I have to either get a bus pass or walk 5 miles, in this weather it may be ok, and then switch to train pass in September and get a new bike then. As the Bike will not get stoen at the train station, they have much better security.

This is my £750 race bike I have been using to travel to work which was too expensive to leave.
Heatwave in the week aim to enjoy it by using my stealth black racer to go to work.
Just hope it does not get nicked.
How hot is "very hot"? What is the humidity?
Apparently, in the great city of Bristol it is 31/88 degrees and 34% humidity. Which is probably hotter than where you are Lyle but the humidity there is huge and you cant breath? ;D
I know we shouldn't complain, I'd rather have sun than drizzle of course but yesterday was unbearably hot. I went out in the garden for no more than 5 minutes at a time.
Im not the most organised of cyclists. I go through a nature park and when it's wet I come out the other side I look like I've shat myself. This has happened for at least 3 years before finally fitting a mud guard. The sun makes life much easier.
Had 2 punctures this week and do not know if it is because of the heat and over inflating the tyres which I do to go faster.
The first day I had to walk back in the heat wave and sweated buckets.
The second time I managed to ride the bike on the flat front wheel most of the way which was probably unsafe but quicker.
Helped undercover police officers catch a couple of bike thieves this week. Had to hold on to one of them and then called the transport police at the station.
Feel like a superhero:)
I thought I recognised you Master -

Got another puncture today. Lesson is not to inflate your wheels too much. :(
Jail for 'smirking' driver caught on camera knocking cyclist off bike
An ‘intimidating’ driver who deliberately knocked a cyclist off his bike and caused serious injury from dangerous driving has been jailed.
William Status Heslop, 33, was driving along Ousegate in Selby on 26 June 2018 when he turned right into Barlby Road at the same time as the cyclist.
The person on the bicycle, who was travelling in the opposite direction, turned left.
Heslop cut across the cyclist’s path who shook his head at him due to the way he was driving, before the driver then carried out a series of dangerous manoeuvres.
As the cyclist continued behind the car, Heslop braked sharply for no apparent reason.
Heslop then turned his wheels in the direction of the cyclist who carried on along the road.
A few seconds later Heslop deliberately drove into the 55-year-old cyclist causing him to fall off his bike.
The cyclist sustained a number of broken ribs and a partially collapsed lung.
Appearing at York Crown Court on Friday, Heslop was handed a two-year jail sentence.
He was banned from driving for three years after release and must take an extensive driving test to regain his licence.
PC Richard Stagg from Selby police, said: “It’s not quite clear what Heslop hoped to achieve by his intimidating and ultimately dangerous behaviour towards the cyclist.
“But I hope this case sends a clear message to motorists who think they can get away with such aggressive behaviour towards other road users.
“We urge everyone to share the road and be courteous to each other otherwise you could end up in prison with a criminal record that will have a long-term, knock-on effect on other aspects of your life.”

Fell off the bike going to work when I went down a ramp under the subway and slipping on some black ice.
Cracked my head off the floor but thankfully had a helmet on which took the main brunt of the impact. Still got a slight bruise over the eye but the real injury was my right wrist which was sprained and swollen up. That is very painful and tender.
The scraped knee was not that bad. Glad no one was around to see me. Very embarrassing. :)
Fookin hell man glad you held up. Had a dream about riding a bike across a corn field or grass again. Strangest thing. Last time I rode bike was a stationary at home or planet fitness ffs.
I have not fallen in years and am OK. I ride slower and more cautiously.
Got an 85 year old friend who owns a bike company and he has got himself an electric bike now as it is far easier to go up hills. :)
