Monsters - Shite, fuck all happened.
Hall Pass - Im sure I thought this was better than it actually was due to the nonsense that was Monsters. Some genuinly laugh out loud moments.
I saw it yesterday. It was okay, but I left with the feeling that I basically saw the whole movie in the trailers because absolutely nothing unexpected happened.Quote:

I've been watching old tv shows: Cheers, Twin Peaks (weird), and Dark Shadows...that was one creepy damn show!
Dark Shadows is being made into a movie by Tim Burton and rumor has it Johnny Depp will be Barnabus Collins.
I've also been watching Frasier when I can....that was an awesome show.
I've watched 'Smart Money' starring Edward G. Robinson, James Cagney, Boris Karloff, and Joan Blondell....EPIC movie!
Also to explain to Master about why I enjoy Frasier. Perhaps its because I studied psychology, perhaps its because I enjoy the finer things in life (wine especially), or perhaps its because I enjoy seeing stuffy know it all liberals get it handed to them (though Kelsey Grammar is actually a Conservative which makes it even funnier). Also the timing and delivery of the actors was amazing.
Water for elephants. Very good.

'The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes' - not the greatest of works, though an interesting perspective. Christopher Lee isn't a great Holmes by any stretch of the imagination but the Dr. Watson they had was damned near maniacal!!! A travesty really.
