But much better
I'm old Beanz I need you to explain what Twin Peaks is about , I know it was a show but never watched it.
It is about A Painter/Sculptor (Lynch) examining the dark underbelly of American Culture whilst simultaneously dismantling the very apparatus of Televison and the fictionalized form of episodic crime dramas (comics/penny dreadfuls etc) that preceded it. It's a bit like Bergerac but with Ross's mum carrying a log and Brockton dancing to Jazz whilst speaking backwards in a red room. It is both brilliant and incredibly shite at the same time. Umissable. It's like hallucinogenics for straight people

Beanz in 1990's I was in the boozer every weekend and every evening I didn't watch shows on tv. ;)
I was touring with an anarchist collective, making short films and recording bands so didn't watch much myself but caught Twin Peaks when I could for more than one reason

Originally David Lynch's dramatization was called -
Impressive Norks.
Featuring - Sherilyn Fenn.
That title didn't catch on.

Snap? :-X ;D My brother is much worse than me in his mid twenties and is already a hunchback, looks like a question mark used to play rugby, ride his bike everywhere trying to do as much as he can before he seizes up and is an anthropologist studying hunting etc at the moment. Was a brilliant painter but his hands no good for it anymore. I used to so worry about his back/neck snapping when he played contact sports.
I was on Meloxicam ,Propranolol and a slow release morphine patch but now I have gone cold turkey. I started working out again with free weights and a chin/pull up bar after getting very ill with AS and a number of other things and although it still hurts the more I move the better it is. I spend long hours now crouched down ringside with a heavy camera in each hand, and I feel it for a few days after that, but I could not handle being so monged on Morphine etc.
My Bro is much worse and has to apply for permission to have his medication in the cabin in a freezebag on flights. I will ask him what it is but he basically injects a couple times a month and it relives him of much of the pain. Changed his life massively.

Stay as active as possible and use natural sustenance as you can. Positive mental attitude helps as well.
If you have 1 bad day in 6 weeks then that is good. :)
Re: Signs that you are getting older
When they first gave me the morphine patches I burst out laughing because they told me not to ingest them. When I ran out I realised what a big difference they make. I daily/nightly have anti-inflammatories plus codeine with paracetamol too.
@Master, what do you take daily for dodgy knees?
