I agree with you that PBF would out box Margarito, but PBF never came close to fighting any of the others you mentioned that Margarito should fight...
I mentioned them because none of them have impressive resumes...they get hyped up so much...which is why they need to battle it out amongst themselves.
I like Cotto, but yes he does need to step up. Williams and Margarito resumes I agree are not as great as some say. Mosley on the other hand... Can't see much wrong with his resume... he has fought most of the people who have wanted to fight him.
