did you see how Floyd would open his eyes so big that he looked like he came straight from an anime series and also how he'd damn well nearly S*** himself everytime Oscar got him on the ropes, well yea i'm pretty sure you all didn't notice that, the fight was close, and was close enough for there to be a rematch, even more grounds then there was for a Toney/Peter rematch, i had Mayweather win the fight (and i was going for De La Hoya) but i only had him winning 115-114, so don't start with the hype that Mayweather won super easy and he dominated Oscar's a**, Mayweather didn't even back up 1/3 of the S*** he talked
117-114
6 rounds to 3 with 3 rounds even
Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
Oh, and who cares how big his eyes looked or what his facial expressions are? This isnt modeling!
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
I had it 117 113 Mayweather

Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
whomever thought the bronze boy won that fight is deluded as someone on meth. First of all, add this loss to the list of A-Class fighters he has lost to. He has always lost to the big names, so I never understood why people treat him as if he were the second coming of God. He looked old, he was spent by the end of 3, and he was flailing away, but hitting nothing but elbows. I counted three times where he threw punches and missed so badly, that he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say, what the hell can I do to hit this guy. During all the pre-fight hype he said people would be surprised at his speed. What speed? Hell, he actually lost the fight to Felix Sturm, but because of his name, and the glory it bring to some, they gave it to him. Hopefully I have seen the last of him. He is a much better business man, than legendary fighter. Matter of factly, he is not a legend, he is an enigma that fought the big fights, looked decent in some, and make enough money to support his great, great, great grandkids. He asked for, and got all the factors he need to swing the fight his way except the one he needed th most. The talent to win. Bye, Bye Bronze Boy, you were never even a one hit wonder.

Did you see Oscar's face after the fight?
Not a mark.
You would have to think that all of those punches you claim you saw landing would leave a mark, right?
Who had the black eye at the end of the fight?
Well you can't see the black eye on Floyd because like duh, he is black but you seen the welt.
Stop nuthugging.
I swear nuthuggers don't know how to do nothing else but nuthug.
They never score a fight all they say is blah blah won.
Instead of making a video edited to show just the things you like taken out of context, why don't you try watching and scoring the ENTIRE FIGHT? i know you think Oscar is an attractive man, but that doesn't win fights. stop nuthugging.

Thats a good point.
Infact our commentators noted that the HBO boys had Floyd up by 4 (i think they said that at about round 10 or 11).
By that point our boys(Sky sports) only had him up by just 1.
Why?
Well I reckon its becuase our boys had spotted that Oscars guard was pretty tight most of the fight.
If you watch closely, with his high guard, Oscar was tidily swatting a lot of shots that Floyd usually lands with ease.
Plus Floyd was discouraged to go to the body.
I think this was the thing that turned Floyd a bit one-diminsional halfway though the fight.
Props to Floyd though, he pulled though in a genuinely tough fight.
No way was it an easy win.
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
I thought compubox was way off and I definately agree that Oscar parried a lot of shots for which people are crediting Floyd. Lots of punches made very nice pop sounds as they bounced off oscars gloves. Oscar had pretty good defense, considering the handspeed he was up against.
Still, Mayweather won clearly. I'm about as much of a Floyd hater as you will find, but I'm a legit boxing fan and I try to be objective.
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
I just watched the fight in slow motion, and Mayweather landed at least what they said.. Oscar did have good defense, but MAyweather was landing a whole lot cleanly.

CC, both. That's the same fight I was watching. I though Floyd did enough to win, but dominate? Not even close.
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
8) Mayweather did win. I just didnt think he had when it was over I got paid but I saw Oscar winning that fight! 8)

I scored round 5 a 10-8 round for Floyd Mayweather. He hit Oscar 3 times as many times as Oscar hit him and used some pretty impressive defense to keep the bigger man at his mercy this round. He also landed with 37% accuracy in round five tool
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
8) Floyd did not win that fight easily at all! 8)
Re: Mayweather EASILY won.
did he knock him down? No. Did he dominate him? No. No 10-8 round.
JimBoogie is right. Until the last round sky announcers (and me) had it even.
