Re: Wladimer isn't a great but i give him a chance against some of the greats
Clever comeback for what ?? that you made a joke about him being robotic when truth is he is seems like your trying to convince yourself so i think truth is harder for you than it is for me.

Listen Bro... You say Wlad is skilled.. I agree to some extent he is, but the guys mentioned never have been embarrased 3x in their prime like Klitschko... Each time Klits stock rises to its peak he gets crushed and plummets again... Its fair to be skeptical of a guy who has dissapointed 3x already, by fighters that dont have a fraction of his skill... It takes more than skill to win a fight. It takes guts, heart, balls determination etc
He lacks that fire test, that war of attricion... When faced with adversity he has folded... not to mention he has a propensity to fight very tentatively and gets spooked easily.. Until he can prove otherwise, I shall still remain skeptical of the King of the weak Heavyweight er.a

Agreed well said cc in 24.
Re: Wladimer isn't a great but i give him a chance against some of the greats
I think he could beat Tunney, Tyson and Lewis.
Against the rest he would lose for sure

Are you kidding mate ?? prime Tyson would mop floor with Wlad and Lewis even though suspect chin has much better chin than Wlad and would also ko him early Tunney i agree on because he is way too small.

I actually like Vitali and am a huge fan of his.... when faced with adversity he stood his ground and showed heart, determination and courage despite missing a chunk out of his brow... Vitali has everything it takes to be a bona fied long reigning unified champ....
Re: Wladimer isn't a great but i give him a chance against some of the greats
Tyson had a problem with HW with a steady jab and a big right hand. And he will be outweighed by more then enough pounds
Back in the day i was a huge Tyson fan but there were always flaws waiting to be detected

Hate to disagree but Wlad has never been KO'd only TKO'd....he always gets back up.
I think Wlad COULD take punches like Vitali if he had the experience of Vitali, like the kickboxing and the fact they took the Russian basketball players and let them wail on Vitali....I don't think it ever happened with Wladimir.
Wlad can take a punch, he just doesn't know what to do afterwards....sure he gets knocked down more than most but in comparison to how Lennox Lewis took a punch I'd say he's about on par except Lewis used his size to his advantage when he was hurt.
As for the Williamson fight, DW threw a good punch at a good time and it still didn't KO Wlad and there are a bunch of fucking idiots out there who think Wlad intentionally got cut to stop the fight.
and the Brock fight, Calvin is a difficult fighter to attack....sure he got knocked down by his last opponent but still won fairly easy. Brock is a good fighter I think his fight vs Wlad says more good about Calvin than it does bad about Wlad. Calvin lasted 7 rounds, that's pretty good IMO vs such a big power puncher.
What more do you want ICB? The guy fights hard he dominates and he KO's people! He fought Chris Byrd when no one wanted him (the first time not the rematch), he fought AN UNDEFEATED SAM PETER when no one wanted to fight him and everyone thought he was the next big thing....and he flat out crushed both of them
Go watch your Shannon Briggs and appreciate that!
I'm not going to call Wladimir the best ever, he's far from that right now but at his age and with his record he could be considered a great at the end of his career providing he does certain things.

Foreman would beat him senseless..... ;) your right though, it takes great athleticism to flail around like a retard when you get hit on the chin like that.... Those mentioned Heavies were professinal fighters with heart, determination and steely will..... Wlad has yet to demonstrate those abilities...
I can tell you are being very diplomatic about this. ::**I personally like to rely on facts rather than just believe Ali would beat everyone because he is the self proclaimed greatest of all time. The fact still is Ali never fought a guy that was as fast, as strong, as quick, as big, as skilled as Wladimir is in one package.Foreman could punch but was not effecient with his punches and they were very wide shots.Wladimir throws much straighter shots and much faster.I could go on and on but if you don't like Wladimir I am not going to waste my time trying to convince you.
cc Klitschkofan They hate the ko brothers so they will talk them down with fighters from the past(fighters they know he will never face), throw in their losses from the past and talk down their wins"had Peter had more experiance he(Wlad) would'nt have got by him". Well he did and Samuel Peter's slow A S S won't get past him next time either no matter how much or what he has learned.Everyone acts like or thinks Wlad just sits on his a** waiting for the next fight while Peter is training his a** off. Everyone thinks (hopes)Wlad will make the same mistakes, well they will see Wlad did his homework Lamon Brewster will lose. Peace out
No one hates anyone so stop assuming i actually quite like the brothers and i think Punisher does aswell but none of them are anything special one brother has good skills with badly weak chin and stamina problems and other brother fights robotic and hasn't got the skills of his brother Wlad.
I always love the robotic style comment because robots are the most efficient invention in history!Vitali did have a way of efficiently KOing his foes. ;D
What no clever comeback? The truth is hard to argue with.
One thing for sure Vitali pounds opponents as hard as a robot just look at the ko percentage W 35 (34 ko's)

So your saying Wlad could take a punch like Vitali ?? don't make me laugh Lyle when someone has weak chin they have weak chin nothing will change that and this comment i don't understand
Go watch your Shannon Briggs and appreciate that!
When i hate Briggs and why is he being brought up anyway this is Wlad vs the greats and to be honest Lyle Wlad is decent hw with good right hand and jab with weak chin and stamina problems and in 70s and 90s i doubt he would win a belt.

Wlad is easily intimidated and dosent deal with pressure well.... Tyson was iron chinned, constantly moving forward throwing Combo's.... That dosent bode well for a china chinned Klitschko, who would be flailing around the ring as Tyson snapped his head off like a Pez dispenser with those uppercuts as Klit was trying to hold on for dear life...
Manny would have to put a diaper on Wlad cause he would be shitting and pissing his pants staring across the ring watching an angry Tyson pace back in forth like a caged lion before the fight started

Did you read anyones post ?? me and JT have both said we don't dislike the brothers and actually quite like them and if you bothered to read it then you wouldn't miss it and of course your agree with any great comments made about Wlad when i've never heard anything so funny in my life Wlad could take punches like Vitali when someone has weak chin they have weak chin maybe Morrison if he would of took up kickboxing or ect he would of had granite chin aswell ??
Re: Wladimer isn't a great but i give him a chance against some of the greats
Again what great display of courage has wlad ever showed?? And Lyle you are on of the biggest Tyson detractors cause you say he lacked heart and courage and Tyson never got up off the floor when in serious trouble to win, so there for he is no good to you...... BUT Wlad has not done this either but yet he is being force fed to us being something out of this world..... Sorry not buying into the bullshit... Wlad has 0 balls and 0 heart if he visited the wizard of OZ than I would be inclined to sway my opinion...... Wlad would lose to his prodecessors
Holyfield
Bowe
Holmes
Lewis
Morisson
Tyson
Old Foreman
New Foreman
Liston
Ali
Frazier
Shavers
Shit even all world chin Randall "Tex" Cobb could take Wlad late in a fight and take advantage of his stamina problems
Re: Wladimer isn't a great but i give him a chance against some of the greats
A healthy Vitali is easily 10 times better a boxer than wlad at any point in his career. If Vitali wasn't injury prone, a pus during the byrd fight, and cut against lewis we could very well be standing here calling him the most unstoppable heavyweight that has every been but thats not the case in reality. Point is Vitali and Wlad are like Peyton and Eli. Vitali is older tougher and more proven vs better competition while Wlad can have his moments and then fold when things get tough.
