Re: Hatton v Mayweather - signed in the next 48 hours?
Is this really going to happen Mayweather is the most overated cowardly negative fighter i have ever seen and was beaten by Castillo the first time and Judah but thanks to dodgy judges got generous decisions. Bet it's not at wembley stadium no yank who talks him self up ever comes over here and proves it. Just hide in there own backyard.

Maybe I have a bad memory, but I seem to remember Ricky Hatton saying his goal was to become a big star in Vegas and have his big fights there, in the boxing capital of the world.

I know how you feel mate, people forget that Mayweather isn't perfect, I thought Mayweather was beaten by Castillo, and I hate how negative he fights these days, (Since the Mitchell fight anyway) but Mayweather decisively beat Judah down, and he sure as hell isn't a coward. I agree with you big time about American fighters never leaving their turf, yet for years people said Hatton isn't willing to fight outside the UK. They're hypocrites. All this "Vegas is the mecca of boxing" doesn't wash when there's no doubt that the fight will sell more tickets in the UK. You'll definitely rub people up the wrong way though if you keep posting like this, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but there's better ways of displaying it.

The fight might sell more tickets in the UK, but with the casinos it'll make more money in Vegas.

Nice post 8) (click)
Y'know with two unbeaten fighters...I could feasibly see a rematch clause in there. How about one in the UK and one in the US?
