Lacy has had 1 fight since the Calzghe fight, in which he looked good early, until he suffered a major injury. I agree he lost that fight, but it seems a bit premature to call him "mentally unstable in fighting terms" or say that he has not gotten over Calzaghe. Sure he hasnt proved that he has, but he hasnt had much of a chance to either. We will be wiser in a few days.

To be quite honest i felt he dealt with Typsko reasonably well and again showed a great deal of courage seeing as he sustained one of the most painful injuries a fighter can sustain.
I'vce far from lost faith in him, yet feel he has to raise his game to reach the top again. This fight will tell a lot about his current standing and his potential for growth.

I both agree and disagree. His performance against Tsypko was hardly a thing of beauty, at least not after the injury, but at the same time it is hard to judge Lacy on that. After all he did, imo, show that were he fit, then he would be a level above Tsypko. And it needs to be said in this discussion that Tsypko is better than anyone Manfredo has ever beaten.
