this thread doesn't explain itself, it just says pac needs to step it up with no facts on why he should step it up
is fighting valero a step up  right now its a step down.
what about soto? thats another step down, pac would pick him apart.
Guzman? is he a step up, to some since they believe in him but after pac breaks him down fact will show why guzman never got to the elite matchup cause his not at all a step up.
I can't believe anybody would suggest fighting mab twice, eric 3x and jmm twice, still requires stepping up. well to who? the others are unproven and those three are the top proven featherweights pac can possibly fight. this thread is rediculous.:p
You've said it well Jules. I'd like the starter of this thread to define step up coz he clearly does not know what it means.;D
I think he worded it wrong. I think he just means he wants to see Pacquiao make those fights to happen at 135.
But they are the main fighters at 135 and Pacquiao should fight him. People give Mayweather flack for not cleaning our a division so Pacquiao should do it and not get flack for not doing it when he does it even if him doing it wouldnt be impressive in the eyes of Julius :)
Hope i said that right
I think the only division pac hasn't cleaned out is 135 which is the one he just came up to. floyd as good as he was goes up and never fought as much in any division. Now in his current division 147 he has a real great chance to add on to his legecy and beat cotto/margo but chooses to retire. Wait, who turn this into a floyd topic!!!!????? this is suppose to be about pac and pac's oppenent. Dammit Majesty why don't you just finish that second Pac vs Naz vid your working on :lickish:;D:lickish: The first one is nice, im sure the second one will be even better right? ;)

Oh its easy :)
Trust me, when you have the number 1 and number 2 p4p fighters in the world then its easy for a topic to turn into them ;)
And I have so much on my computer it keeps exiting when I do the editing software so what Im gonna do is about 4 minutes of it leading up to the opening and then I'll post it here and get your thoughts

Pac has had a chance to face young (Guzman is one of them) and dangerous fighters, but like a "Mayweather" hasn't faced them.
I'm sorry Pacquaio fans, it's just the way it is.
I cant see how Marques was clearly the next best 130lb fighter and prior to both Pac-Man fights coming off career best runs.
Who else since 2006 would be a tougher fight for him than JMM?
Chris John? The guy who had a much easier time with JMM then he did?
JMM was robbed against Chris John fact.

OK, I will bite.. Name me one fighter Mayweather faced better than Marquez.
Corrales and Castillo heck even Genaro Hernandez and Corrales are better are both better then Marquez imo.
Marquez only gets exposure for coming back against Pacquiao other then that he looked bad against Gainer and Chris John exposed how he can't come forward very well and beat him. There are people better then Marquez but he gets exposure from coming back from 3 knockdowns to nearly beat Pacquiao. Chris John beats Marquez but who fights Pacquiao again? Marquez can't seem to outbox a boxer which is something Corrales did to Casamayor the second time around and before facing Mayweather Corrales was an excellent boxer and people forget how great he was at 130 he knocked out a younger Derrick Gainer whom Marquez looked bad against even though Gainer didn't mount much offense Marquez couldn't seem to take true advantage of it and it showed some of his holes.
But go on :)
Genaro Hernandez, Jose Luis Castillo, Diego Corrales, better than Marquez what are you on Majesty ?? Marquez skill wise is superior than all 3 of those fighters put together.

Meh I've put it behind me and am watching Urkel :)
AS far as Pacquiao goes you can find out better what I think of him here
http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...xing-show.html
But if you want someone on Mayweather's resume better then Marquez I'll still say Corrales. Call me crazy but Corrales at that weight was a monster and a good boxer, and even at lightweight his second fight with Casamayor showed his boxing skill when he uses it. I don't care what anyone says I'll always rank Corrales over Marquez.
No doubting Marquez's skill though. I just wish him and Barerra had a rematch.
How did he beat barerra and barerra get a rematch with pacquiao before marquez did?
But i'm done replying to this thread as I don't want to keep repeating :(
But if you look above you'll find there's more of my thoughts on him then just that one post. But I'm not gonna let this thread get out of hand. Leave it in the past, look at my above opinion on pacquiao being at least p4p number 2 and keep this thread going without become a flame or diss war :)
