I dont deny the appeal,but I havent watched a Nascar race since Petty retired,and I have a cousin that raced unmodifieds(yes there are Northern rednecks)his hero was the guy who got decapitated in the late 50's early 60's,and I swear even though they lived in a Philly suburb,his nickname was SkeeterQuote:

Most of my family lives in Georgia, have some Cherokee and Seminole in the blood line way back. Thing is, I remember what the trem "Redneck" used to mean. Not the up-dated version going around now. As for nicknames, Skeeter is not that bad. If I set my mind to it, I could more than likely come up with a few worst than that.
