A curious coincidence(?) in this fight. The singer who's assigned to sing our National Anthem, Karyll, is the granddaughter of the referee who officiated the Ali-Fraizer fight at the Thrilla in Manila, Carlos Padilla. That was A historical fight in the annals of boxing. Could this be a making of THE historical fight as well? We'll see. (all right, all right, I must be dreamin' so stop your grumbling;D)
;);)
Someone help JTRock get out of the Nachos, he accidentally fell in... ;D

Latest pics during the news conference...
PAC the businessman, Hoya the fighter... ;D

Hoya has some problems fighting 5' 6" southpaws (Whitaker and Camacho). Though a prime Hoya won in those fights, he was not able to knockout those old 5' 6" southpaw guys...
Of course PAC is no Camacho or Whitaker... The similarities are in height and stance only... ;D
Remember today Hoya is not considered a prime boxer anymore while the 5' 6 1/2" southpaw PAC is still in his prime... ;D
Here's some video of Hoya-Whitaker and Hoya-Camacho fights. Enjoy...

I feel bad for Pac... Dlh means serious business here, I men the desparity in size is so apparent and if Oscar has a measure of speed left pac is in for a punishing night
.
A very prime Hoya has some problems fighting old 5' 6" southpaws (Camacho and Whitaker)... How an old and partially shot Hoya fare against a prime 5' 6 1/2" southpaw in PAC? ;D
.
If Oscar catches Pac with a quarter of the left hands Marquez did in the third fight, it's goodnight vienna for the Pacster.
