Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
You can workout 2-3 times a day Naturally but you can't LIFT HEAVY more than once or twice every 2 days even if you split your days into upper body, lower body you need the rest to recover in between. There is no doubt in my mind RJJ did HGH before the Ruiz fight. Healthy weight gain is 1 kg per month which would equal 13 pounds still not 19. I could believe Roy could put on the weight but he'd have to lose speed and his aerobic conditioning which he didn't

In Boxing you can't bulk up like that because of the amount of conditioning that is required.

Aerobic conditioning? He didn't need it in the ruiz fight because he fought at his own pace. Not to mention Shilstone cut his road workouts during the preparation for that fight.
Yeah that's who he had for his conditioning in that fight... MAckie Shilstone...so if roy used HGH then you're saying Shilstone is dirty which would make BHOP dirty too...
Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
BHOP's body was very thick for a middleweight and he was walking around at around 168 between fights. therefore he put on about 10 lbs not to mention he was vegetarian to stay at middleweight and going on a meat eating diet would put weight on immediately. Also BHOP's neck circumference didn't blow up like Jones'. Putting on 10 lbs is tough but possible.
Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
Ive been weight training 7 month and ive gone from 16stone 2lbs ( 226lbs) to 18 stone 1lbs ( 253lbs ) all Natural so you can gain more than 1kg per month as fenster would say FACT.;);D

Thanks for that back up...I'm done with this guy..he seems to be hell bent on believing that Roy is a cheater without facts...so fuck him as Martin Lawrence would say.
Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
Just weight training you can put on tons of weight but when you're trying to retain your speed and conditioning and train for a fight you can't put on that much weight
Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
Right stop me if im wrong but werent it a trace of HGH or something in a protein drink so it werent a big enough dose to make a difference plus Roy wouldnt know as it was in a protein shake?
Re: Who's higher P4P of all time
Also He weighs in at 174-175lbs for light-Heavy but he didn't have to make weight so he would be totally Hydrated that alone could add about 7lbs then your only looking for how he gained 12lbs which is easy to do. Also his speed was good but he was fighting John Ruiz and at Heavy Roy was still small and fast he would have been fast against any heavy i think your reading to much into things.
