Floyd has great defense but he isn't as effective until he gets a fighter to tire themself out, vs Judah and Hatton he allowed them to do work early and chase him around the ring while he pot shotted them for at least half the fight knowing especially that Zab would have 0 to offer him later in the fight and that's when Floyd turned it on....Shane doesn't have much in the defense department but he's strong and he's got fast DANGEROUS hands and he's going to beat Floyd.

Barring a 10 second mental lapse by mayweather where he does not move or defend himself I cant see Shane landing anything that will put Floyd down.

I see Shane chasing floyd all night, maybe taking a few rounds due to being aggressive (but ineffective).

I like Mosley, but when he can't side down on his punches and swing with his eyes shut his power drops by 50%

IMO Lyle and the others predicting a Shane win are reading WAY too much into the Margarito performance. Margarito is so slow - Shane couldn't help but beat him to the punch.

But before that, Shane was looking really, really ordinary. Vargas, Collazo, Mayorga - seriously, I think Shane might win a couple of rounds early, but I think it's going to be a long frustrating night after that.

...if I'm reading too much into a fight it's how Oscar did vs Floyd.

Shane doesn't have to be first vs Floyd, in fact Shane getting Floyd to chase him might do enough to mess Floyd's head up. Shane just needs to use a solid jab for 12 rounds and everything else should be icing on the cake. Shane should know from the experience with Cotto that a jab can be the deciding factor in a fight AND with the help of De la Hoya, Hopkins, and Naz he should have all the tactical advice he should need to empliment a solid game plan.

I guess old tricks never change. Only a fool would pick Mosely to beat Floyd. Cuz Floyd holds every advantage and is going to make Mosely look silly.
