(VIDEO) Margarito & Rios making fun of Roach's Parkinsons

All Margarito did there was do a bit of a shakey stutter, pretty harmless. If anyone crossed the line it was Garcia. The whole playing on the handwraps thing does go too far as Margarito has done his time for it. It is the Margarito team that should be trying to move away from that if anything. A harmless impression is fair game for a juvenile mind and a bit of time on his hands, but talking about handwraps and threats of actual violence using them, not such a gag. A mixed bag for me really. Rios comes across as a bit mindless and you sense that he is the kind of guy that needs boxing. Take that away and you likely have a seriously loose cannon.

All of us says or does something that crosses the line sometimes. I have impersonated a spastic more than once in my life, though not on camera and certainly not in front of an actual spastic. It's a pretty good impression actually, but not something I have done in about a decade.

Margarito is not "shit talking" though he's just showing what an utter lowlife he is.

You would expect a man in his situation to act whiter than white. At the very least show a bit of decorum.

Instead we have him making light of the handwraps disgrace and mocking a man with a terrible illness. I bet anyone that gave him the benefit of doubt for the handwraps incident, as in it was a one-off, is having second thoughts.

I really started to by into Marg and Garcia path to righteousness after the first 24/7 - then it gradually got worse, and now they threw away every little bit of respect they had, which wasn't much to begin with...

Oh well, time for an a$$ whooping saturday...

Freddie Roach for the past couple of years has been a pompous asshole to be honest. But Rios & Tony were wrong for that one. If you're gonna talk shit about someone, talk about the way he dresses, or talk about how he sucked as a boxer and got his ass whooped all the time, but don't talk about Parkinson's. True, but the greater percentage of fighters and corners dont go there its minority, we are trying to hold up boxing as a respectable sport to the masses. Thats why this stuff rubs against the grain of the majority of people both in and out of the sport.
