Nope my accusations come from Pacquiao. Manny (and his camp actually) is the one that said 'I'm not taking any tests...' etc.
Only Pac and his team know if he's taking anything and they denied a test. That's criminal in my eyes.
That would be like margarito telling people that no one is allowed to watch him wrap his hands.

thats a diff situation bec marg was caught using illegal hand wraps and pac using peds is not yet proven. so your analogy is wrong
