Re: Anthony Dirrell back in action on FNF
Zab is going to need to look a whole hell of a lot better against Khan, then he did against Lucas Matthysse, if he expects to win tomorrow night.

If he's lucky with the judges he won the fight.
WTF is it with these Florida trainers trying to get everyone to be RJJ?!?! All their stances are too fucking wide, Elegele needs to fight tall, he's 6 feet tall and 147, freaking fight like it!!!
Great minds! Exactly my comment earlier. :)
Right on! I saw your comment about the jabbing too. I know it was a southpaw vs orthodox, but still.
I wonder if fighters even know the reason why you keep a lead hand low anymore or are they just doing it because A) "It looks cool" or B) they are just lazy? There's little if any reason to keep a lead hand low vs someone who has the opposite stance as you. I mean if you roll with a jab you're going to catch a cross, its a fact.
Fighters these days are dumb but trainers are too and that's sad.
I get the sense there isn't a lot of "why" asked by anybody when it comes to boxing craft :(
But it is STILL the best thing around!

Yup. I still wonder if Kahn is a little mentally fragile or if that is all in MY head. He seemd panicky against Maidana at times.

Hearing a British broadcaster talk about NFL football kind of makes me chuckle...

He definitely seemed panicky against Maidana, but I think taking those punches and surviving while being that badly hurt will massively increase his confidence.

I'm pretty sure I hate both these guys.

Can't wait to see Colvin get schooled.

Same here. What a cunt.
Re: Anthony Dirrell back in action on FNF
That back sumersault brings back great memories of the Hawk doing that and then springing to his feet and punching Akio Kameda before the ref could intervene to call the knockdown.
