I agree. Do you find that the rotation of the thumb down, and the turning of the shoulder the best way to teach defense against the counter? Thank you.
It helps, its a good habit. Always moving Joints, they are the thngs that create movement of the Body. Help tell the lies youre trying to make. Boxing is about telling Lies, Shadow Boxing with a Partner I think is a great way of learning as a start, teaching angles, distance, and levels. Ill put ideas up.
Scrap,do you follow mma at all, or just boxing? I was wondering what your thoughts on the boxing in mma, and the improvements that could be made. The videos are great. Do you use the conditioning video protocol on a regular basis, or just a sample of what can be done. I would like to know your thoughts on programing i.e. Frequency of those type of workouts. You should write a book on the subject :)
I work wth MMA tonight Fridays enjoy it, so do they. How often to use them ?, depends what and why plus who, you are working with. I try to make it interesting for them, and Me ;D

Exercising should be done to improve Motor Skills to adapt. Im a big believer in that, its getting the SNS the awareness to Do. Over the years ive found Rubber the Best way to achieve this, it has the propertys that mimic the Feel that sends the message of Do, to Joints and Muscles.

When you use 'Rubber' (i think resistance bands?), do you use them to ingrain proper technique and form or are they used for strength? I always thought they were designed to increase strength by offering resistance difference from weights- specifically an increasing demand at the end of the movement rather than the start.
And if they are used for form, can you expend on what to look for when using them? I imagine anyone can shadowbox with them, but what are we trying to feel?
Hi,over the years you try things, and hopefully come up with ideas. I take every situation and try and solve it, also by listening to wiser men than myself and listening to them, Ive been very Lucky in that respect. Then you try and evolve. Rubber mimics muscle and joints Feel for movement, why, it is not constant, weights, Metal are. For any sport with movement, its sending the wrong messages to the Sympathetic Nervous System, also tightens Tendons. With the Woodybands and other things, I find them great for what I call Body maintainance, Stretching and Muscle Correction. If muscles are not performing as they should niether are the Joints, causing Trauma, Stress. Idea is in any action to beat Gravity, with as little impact as possible to the Spine, which gets more than you think, because of the Head, and where the Body is Taking it. one Joint not working as it should, make the top 6 vertabrea work overtime to compensate. Thats it for now ;D Bed.
