At Los Angeles (HBO PPV): Bernard Hopkins vs. Chad Dawson, 12 rounds, for Hopkins' Ring/WBC light heavyweight title.

Two good fights on the undercard: Antonio DeMarco vs. Jorge Linares, for the vacant WBC lightweight title, and Kendall Holt vs. Danny Garcia, a WBC/IBF junior welterweight title eliminator.

Alrighty, the HBO card starts in about 40 minutes or @ 9:00 PM EST, I figured since I started this fight thread, rather then trying to watch & report the fights on a shitty stream, (like I did Mayweather vs Ortiz) i'd just go ahead and buy this PPV in clear HD. ;D

There's a couple St. Pauli Girl brews with my name on 'um in the 'fridge, so i'm all set to go.

I believe this fight is free in the UK tonight.

I haven't read the thread yet so sorry if I am off point.

I suspect two things are true

1. Dawson is who he is and we won't see something new
2. If one is true this is going to be a fight between an old guy who knows what he's doing and a prime guy who doesn't.

Dawson must be a different guy to win...unless Father Timr finally drops the hammer.

Oh definitely, Haye's retirement was one of the saddest days of my life. :rolleyes:

Good undercard tonight, and I hope the Main event turns out to be watchable, maybe Chad will fight like he's got a pair.
