This is nothing new Miles. Don't you see a pattern?
When someone's opinion differs from yours, particularly when confirmed by a pole of Public opinion, you get appalled and throw your toys out of the pram.
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
Lmao at Pacquiao fans not even discussing the fight.
Let the boxing fans stay on this site please.
Never thought thought this day would happen until Manny fought Floyd.

I remember 7,8,9 being pretty close rounds, so I can definitely see how people had Pac winning though. Plus with that 1st round being even im guessing a lot of people gave Pac that one too which is fine.
IMO generally people are getting bias scores due to the commentary, I hear HBO had it 11-1? Also I believe people are getting too caught up in what happens in the last portions of rounds. Pac in most rounds was doing his work late in rounds but its a 3 minute round.
Bradley's manager, Cameron Duncan, scored it 8-4 for Pac. When is the last time you heard of a fighter's manager admitting he had him losing a fight by 4 pts?
I wish Manny's manager, promoter, team, and himself would admit it the same way specially after his last fight vs JMM. "Oh, we won that fight clearly" oh ok.
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
I had Pac winning by one round.
It was pretty close when I watched it a second time.

Bradley himSELF said he would have to look at the tape to be sure. When was the last time anybody heard THAT?

The way I saw it is Bradley stepping his foot of the gas, and Manny not being able to find any openings (Mosley, Marquez).
Whenever Bradley decided to open up Manny quickly got the upper-hand.
As soon as Bradley started feeling Manny's shot around the middle of the fight he began clinching and backpeddling, including circling around Manny.
how fucking dare he!!
clean punching, effective aggressiveness,
ring generalship, and defense. ;)
Lol, I know effective aggessiveness, clean punching, ring generalship, and defense when I see it.
And I can't use those words to describe Bradley last night, I think those a perfect words for what JMM did on Nov.
I don't believe Tim's aggressiveness was too effective, with Manny getting the better of the exchanges-including the more effective strikes.
Bradley used a nice strategy of throwing multiple punches( soft) with the occasional hard shot in between.
The kind of circling he started doing I wouldn't count as ring generalship any more than Cotto and Mosley's. The only difference Tim knew to throw punches , even though I didn't see much land cleanly. (Without the skipping ;))
He's defense was good, but I felt Manny's was better. (Surprisingly)
When Bradley would exchange, he got caught much more cleanly and more effectively than Pacquaio. He lowered his hands much more than Manny as well.
Bradley left wide oppenings where Pacquiao's left hand crept right in.
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
If he could sign on, Bradley himself would vote "Pac by narrow margin."
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
the 2 judges that scored the fight for bradley each scored the 5th round in his favour...
how is that possible? bradley landed 4 light (malignaggi-like) jabs, a body shot and one power connect to the head. everything else was on pac's gloves.
pac had him reeling for 20 seconds and made 15 solid head shots.
you can't possibly score that for bradley!!!

I'll go along with this or 116/112. No way did Bradley win.
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
all three judges scored the seventh round for bradley. it was a close round but pac connected with harder cleaner punches, while bradley jabbed pac's arms for 2 minutes then arm punched a few "power" punches.
pac was more effective and hit harder. can't give bradley the round even tho it was closer than the others.
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
Ignoring my own selfish view - it's biased anyway, right? - hardly anyone convinced me except when I read this (below), this is the strangest thang I've seen in boxing...

Regardless of all the arguments, if you really want to know the real score - and I mean if you really want to - of any boxing match, just watch the fight (any fight for that matter) in slow-mo and count the punches yourself. You can't go wrong as long as you take off your shades and know how to count...
Re: OK... how did you score the Pac-Bradley fight?
the eighth round was scored for bradley by the two judges that gave him the win...
i see some aggression from bradley, with a few body connects and a couple shots to manny's gloves/arms.
i see pac landing 7 solid connects to bradley's head.
i don't score punches blocked by gloves and arms so, again, not enough to give bradley the round.
