Vargas getting pulled into exchanges and getting caught.

Just home, Jessie Vargas vs. Wale Omotosu, 10 rounds, welterweights, Vargas knocked down in the second round. Lamps, Kellerman and RJJ calling the action for HBO.

And he's down. Vegas needs to relax, go one punch at a time and try to catch the guy on the front foot because Omotoso is making a big welterweight look small! Don't see this going much longer.

Better round for Vargas, caught Omotoso coming in a coupe times with the jab as Omotoso lunged in. Lucky Boy is there to be hit, it's going to tke some courage and timing though. He's not the most creative fighter and is pretty much getting by on physicality. Every time he puts his right over Vargas' left, it moves Vargas even if it doesn't land cleanly.

Unless Omotosu has terrible stamina this one has matter of time written all over it...hes punching right through Vargas

4th was a much better rd for Vargas.
