Re: David Haye to fight on July 6th
David Haye may be fighting Jovo Pudar.
Jovo Pudar wśród potencjalnych rywali Haye'a - BoxingBet.pl
The article says he'll have a warm-up against Pudar and then fight a real contender in the fall.
Re: David Haye to fight on July 6th
A "warm-up"? A warm-up from what?
Isn't he coming off a win over Chisora? He needs a warm-up to then fight a "real contender" in the fall?
:-\
Then again... it's not like the other HW "contenders" are blazing a path toward the top, either.
The HW division continues to alienate me with every strange development.

Yes, there's a lot of interesting matchups that could be made, like Haye-Fury, Adamek-Boytsov, Haye-Pulev, Pulev-Povetkin etc but it seems everybody just wants to fight journeymen and then cash out against a Klitschko.

So are we proper cockney's or not?
Please educate the non-Brits of this forum on the significance of the term "cockney."
It's just a term given to people who come from a certain area in London and have a distinct accent. I don't regard myself as a cockney but some people do
I'm sure @
Greenbeanz or @
smashup will explain this better than me (;D)

Coronation Street is huge in Canada and the few times that I have watched it you can really hear the difference in the actors. My Granddad was from Lancaster and his accent was present but largely Canadianized.
I have often wondered if we Canadians have a noticeable accent and if its different to those who hear it from Province to province. Excluding the east coast of course. I mean Newfoundlanders speak Irish really. I can slightly pick up a difference in those from Ontario but west of that province I do not hear a difference. In the U.S. the accents seem different from State to State.

Plymouth which is as southerly as you can get in Devon without actually being in Cornwall.
Green Army!
Re: David Haye to fight on July 6th
not much of an army if it can barely stay in league football! ;) Replaced by one of the teams from the Principality next year eh?
