Re: Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne - 24/3/18 - O2 London
Fucking hell, Cardle tried to kill him in the first 45 seconds
Re: Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne - 24/3/18 - O2 London
Cardle threw everything, he won the round but Ritsen is still there. Great round.
Re: Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne - 24/3/18 - O2 London
Ritson stops him in the 2nd. Great left hooks. Cardle was brave and gave it his all and seemed he went all out because he could not go the distance.
Re: Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne - 24/3/18 - O2 London
Just had a look and it was 3 years ago that Chudinov absolutely sparked the fuck out of Buglioni.
Doesn't feel like that long ago, I remember BoxNation emailed me and offered me free tickets for that fight but I hadn't checked my email so didn't actually see the offer until about 20 minutes before the fight started.

Rally like Ritson, would love to see him against Dodd.
Re: Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne - 24/3/18 - O2 London
Buglioni has built himself back since then which is good for him.

You was saying.
Buglioni has always had the potential to get hit and stay hit, he's been wobbled a fair few times in the past, I wasn't expecting that though, bad defeat for Frank there.

Johnson wins in the first!
Both went at it like the last fight. Buglioni was caught and hurt. Was the ref a bit premature?

Was the ref premature? did you see Buglioni's legs? he was fucked, if it wasn't stopped then it would have been brutal.
Its a moot point anyway because his corner threw the towel in

I did not see the towel being thrown in. Buglioni would have been stopped but he was angry that it was stopped.

So usually Joe Gallagher doesn't let his fighters do anything for 4 round (at least), then let's them play catch up for the rest of the fight.
Tonight he had two fighters both with the same game plan. Go out swinging round one and see what happens. Who knew...

Cardle was late substitute so had to go for broke.
Johnson is dangerous early and Buglioni is vulnerable so it made sense to start fast.

I completely understand the reasons why, I just found it refreshing that Joe would deviate from his main, and sometimes only game plan.
