If you could pick, what fighter would you sparr?

Ive sparred with pro's..

If your sparring a guy thats very experianced and alot sharper or heavier its not about the winnning its about gaining your experiance and especially about shapening that defense.. Thats reall important Lol

Wow impressive list BHB, i've sparred a lot but nowhere near that quality of opposition impressive.

Some you get theyr best some they give you a little bit of a break.. And the biggest break they can give you is 16 ounce gloves cos i dont fancy getting hit by many guys as good as that with 8's or 10's Lol
