Or did you forget that the origional point of this was who impresses me. I don't care that floyd has won all those belts and Pac hasn't, floyd doesn't impress me as much as Pac.

I have answered this question in many forms before even in that thread, but I'll do it again.
What makes these and all of mayweather's fights boring to me is the fact that he isn't, in my opinion, challenged by the fighters he has faced. The fighters that he has faced have been exciting in their own right but floyd, to impress me, would need to move up to at least middle weight. I think he could do it, all bullshit aside. It's at this point that I usually throw in RJJ and PAC. These two guys stand out as elite fighters to me because of the fights they have taken in their career. I truly and honestly have never thought anyone floyd has fought had much more than a punchers chance, even if they had no power.
I don't know how to explain how I feel about him any clearer.
It's been fun fellas. I don't mind being the ass end of this whole thing. I have to get up early tomorrow though so it's good night for now. I'll pick it back up next time.

You didn't answer any of the other questions and RJJ used to dominate his opponents like Mayweather but in even more boring fights than Mayweather and the opponent's were even more dominated and less competitive so whats your point ?? and this is massive RJJ fan saying this.

The places they've taken themselves to, sure they've impressed me. Some were boxers some were punchers, ALL have stepped in to the ring and had me on the edge of my seat. The criteria was "who impresses me", not who I thought was an all time great or who I thought the better fighters were.

Asked by you and answered by me in the "floyd mayweather-Muppet Alert" thread.
Only thing you replied with was slating Mayweather's opponent's nothing else come on answer me all these questions don't try and get out of it just answer it.
I have answered this question in many forms before even in that thread, but I'll do it again.
What makes these and all of mayweather's fights boring to me is the fact that he isn't, in my opinion, challenged by the fighters he has faced. The fighters that he has faced have been exciting in their own right but floyd, to impress me, would need to move up to at least middle weight. I think he could do it, all bullshit aside. It's at this point that I usually throw in RJJ and PAC. These two guys stand out as elite fighters to me because of the fights they have taken in their career. I truly and honestly have never thought anyone floyd has fought had much more than a punchers chance, even if they had no power.
I don't know how to explain how I feel about him any clearer.
It's been fun fellas. I don't mind being the a** end of this whole thing. I have to get up early tomorrow though so it's good night for now. I'll pick it back up next time.
You may be the only guy in history that thought Castillo wasnt a challenge at 135.

From my point of view, I can't stand Floyd. His stupid rap songs and his huge ego and wannabe gangster b.s. and lack of respect for any opposition. Some people love all the trash talk from him, I can't stand it. But when it comes to pure, raw skill, hands down he is the best. How can someone even argue the skill with which this man has and has shown through the years??? I mean, people want to say he is boring to watch and he does enough to win. So ??? Isn't winning what it's about. I mean that dude was knocking out people and exciting as hell down in the lower divisions. He could probably still make 135, but his last fight was with an all time great at 154 and he still won??? Damn, what more could you ask of him ??? He is a small dude, and has somewhat weak hands, so how is he going to bang with much larger men, and why should he when he can just run circles around them and make them look silly??? I don't know why he fought Gatti and Baldomir, other than for the money, but how amatuerish he made them look. He is one of the greatest boxers to ever put gloves on...period.
Now I wish people would at least give Ricky some props for even getting in the ring with Floyd. But more people hate on him than Floyd. He is even smaller than Floyd but he comes to fight and hell, there's no shame in losing to the best, everyone else has.Only after Kostya and Castillo were people saying they were shot, but Ricky put it to them regardless and did what he had to. Tackie, Phillips, and Massau weren't exactly bums, so ease up on him a little. He'll put up a better show than Gatti and Baldomir did, so at least my money will seem well spent. I personally am rooting for Rick, and would love to see the shock waves if he beat PBF. It won't happen though most likely, but at least we have a big fight to look forward to. My heart says Ricky, but my mind says Floyd. Emotion vs. Logic; and logic usually wins every time. Some people on here need to grow up.

For the record i dont like Floyd anymore than i do Ricky. I may have a bit of a chip on my shoulder cos ricky beat my fave boxer Kostya, but i admire his desire to win, and the fact that he has moved away from Frank Warren to chase the big names.
Good point u mke about logic. Not enough of it is used at times by many posters here who let their emotions get in the way.

'There is no shame in losing to the best' I am totally in agreement. Great fighters lose to great fighters, there is only one winner. Losing in boxing ain't a bad thing AT ALL when you face the best there is.

It makes me laugh how u and other posters are made to look stupid yet come back for more. Its also funny how u have probably seen only a couple of PBF fights and call him boring, yet at the lower weights he had a high ko % and had several exciting fights. He cant help that he sometimes dominates opponents so much its boring.....

You know in my heart, Hatton has his hands up after 12 rounds. I like Rick, he is a top bloke, he beat my man Kostya and I respect him for his conduct outside the ring. May the best man win is what I say. Whatever will be, will be, I suppose. If Rick has the fire he had for the Kostya fight it will be a fucking fight alright. Really enjoyed the thread though so many clashes of opinion. I might join in tomorrow ;D

I just speak my mind and when people make hating comments with no reason behind them i'll challenge them on it if they keep on i will have to make them look like the fools they are i have backed up all my posts with facts and other members like VD, Eagle, Frozen, Sweetpea, all have done the same and SLK has realized how much of a fool he is i mean Joel Julio better challenge than ODLH anyone ?? he was torn to shreds and he knows it as for Brucelee he makes comments like he knows what he is going on about the only problem is he doesn't have a clue what he is on about he is claiming Mayweather is boring and thats known fact when he has only watched few fights of his fights and has no real knowledge on Mayweather and as for my debate with Brucelee it wasn't even close infact i find it hard to call it a debate it was all one way traffic from where im standing.
