Yea I was thinking a 150 catchweight. Floyd loves an advantage.
Would have been a great fight at 130 or 135. Back when Floyd was more aggressive.
When he was entertaining.

Naz was entertaining. Smaller than Loma but more than powerful enough not to get Rigo'ed. It would have been a great fight while it lasted.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko v Jorge Linares on May 12th NYC
I finally got round to watching this on a grainy Youtube video last night. I think Lomachenko's footwork is great and he's a wonderful fighter. But I do think he's found his level. he can't go any higher and he's probably best coming down a weight . It's predominantly a size thing . I think some people are getting carried away by his record and starting to talk GOAT's and stuff like that.
He's excellent, but he's not the second coming like some would have us believe. I also thought Linares gave an excellent account of himself. good fight.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko v Jorge Linares on May 12th NYC
One judge had Liniares ahead. I can not see how anyone could have him in front at the time of the stoppage.

I’d have to watch it on a clearer video, but from what I saw, that’s not the craziest judging I’ve ever seen. Not saying he was ahead , but........

If it was worth it. Yes.
Tell me how.
Linares won 1, 6 and 9 in my book.

I had Linares winning those rounds too also the second. I can’t recall what the other round he won for me. Loma was winning the sixth until the KD though.

Is that enough to be ahead?

Ok. Tomaytoes, Tomatoes. But is this enough to put him in the same sentence as Sugar Ray Robinson?

Maybe not yet.

Lovely Boxer, but it’s never gonna happen. He’s too small to go up any further and the fighters at the weight below aren’t good enough to elevate him to greatness.

He still has potentially multiple significant/career defining fights left. I’m not going to say anything until he has proven more. I will just say that I highly doubt he will become the best boxer ever. If he beats Mikey Garcia, that will really boost him though.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko v Jorge Linares on May 12th NYC
Lomachenko gave a brilliant performance strange people seem to hate eastern block fighters GGG is one more why because they are so fucking good.;) really people outstanding amateurs and pros what more can they do they beat the shit out of there opponents.
GGG was robbed and it seems they were going to robb Lomo sorry but some of theses judges in the USA could not judge fucking chickens I really wonder if they are watching the same fight.:vd:
