Wanda Vision, very good series which takes the viewer through a good storyline after Marvels End Game.
I watched the South Park pandemic and vaccination specials yesterday evening. First TV for weeks. Very funny, and back on form like the early stuff.
I like watching Car programmes on obscure TV channels and am really addicted to Bangers and Cash at the moment.
This is a TV programme filmed in a quaint and English village near the Yorkshire Moors. The family own an auction site mainly for classic cars and it shows the whole process from collection to sale. They sell Norton motorbikes and tractors.
I like Wheeler Dealers, Fast N Loud, 5th Gear, Top Gear, Vintage Voltage etc.
I don't do too well with change where TV programs/films are concerned. I stopped watching Wheeler Dealer when Ed left. Nothing against Ant or the new bloke. Just not Ed are they.
I watched Zoo. Animals start attacking humans. Humans try to figure out why. Shock horror it's because humans are pricks and can't leave fuck all alone. It was good for 2 seasons then got a bit daft.
invincible. go watch it now
Gods of Snooker on BBC 2 which has 3 series. It was very nostalgic and brought back great memories of Alex Higgins and a young Jimmy White with “that” 69 clearance. How he made the cue ball do what seemed impossible is just astonishing.
@Mark TKO you have to watch it.
I'm half way through it just now. You forget how cocky Davis was at the start of his career.
Mark Allen moans people talk about the characters from the past rather than now. Well give us some fucking characters then.
What an era
I watch that 69 clearance 3 or 4 times a year. Crazy but I still expect him to miss when watching it back.
How he potted some of those balls I'll never know. One miss and the match was over.
That missed red by Jimmy when 59-0 up changed two careers.
Does not surprise me you were a Thorburn fan no.
But I was a Higgins fan, and preferred Borg, Ali and massive jimmy fan.
I hated Davis as a kid and realise now that was wrong of course but it was ok to cheer on the 'other guy' against him.
I doubt very much I'll watch once Ronnie packs in. The game needs some new rebels.
I bet you're a Selby fan
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was very good too.
The bromance between them is funny and used throughout the series. The Blip storyline was an interesting direction and the other characters made the show worth another series.
But that's on the Disney channel?
What I mean is you have to pay for that channel and you are a tight get. So who's login are you using
Mare of Easttown is worth watching. It's no True Detective but it's pretty good. Seven part HBO whodunit set in smalltown America.
Also rewatching The Vietnam War, an absolutely epic documentary if you haven't seen it.

Season 2 Black Summer Netflix. Thing about following zombie flicks, you're either all in or all out it seems. Really like this campy totally wtf survivor pace they keep throughout though. Rewatched late seasons of Boardwalk Empire too. Was asked to watch Chopped Junior ??? and opine but at some point you have to draw the line.
Waiting for the Loki series to finish so can watch them all. After the succes of Wanda Vision and Falcon & Winter Soldier this hopefully is as good.
Mortimer and Whitehouse Gone fishing. BBC iPlayer - Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing
Should be Whitehouse and Mortimer to be fair as Whitehouse is the fisherman, Mortimer not so much ;D Anyway...
I can't recommend this enough. Two mates who have been planning on going fishing for years and like mates/blokes do never getting round to it. Both of them had serious heart issues and essentially they decided to get this done before one of them karks it.
A brilliant laugh with two brilliantly funny blokes, beautiful surroundings and a bit of fishing. Fishing is the vehicle, but it's not about the fishing. There are episodes where they catch fuck all. It's for me about getting out with your mates and living life whilst you can. Obviously these two have had some issues along the way but tomorrow is promised to none of us and all that.
Give it a go. Just looking at the episode thumbnails on the link makes me all warm and fuzzy in the stomach.
Started watching the Flash series, although it started 2014, I was very late to get into it.
Watching the What if series now which are animations by Marvel studios. The concept allows an interesting dimension that the company have always had in their comic book franchise.
It allows their writers to take their main characters and story line in a different direction that would not be allowed.
So there is what if Agent Carter became Captain America, Black Panther became a Guardian of the Galaxy, Avengers Initiative died, Dr Strange became bad, Kilmonger saved Tony Stark. The episodes can be funny, sad or very dark.

Anyone watching Squid Games on Netflix?
Fucking insanely bonkers TV ;D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqxAJKy0ii4
If TV bosses don't get on board with Squid Game's elimination tactics for every reality/"talent" show moving forward they're missing a trick. I'd love to see some delusional fucker get a bullet through the skull for mullering I will always love you.
Clive James had a similar show in the 1980's.

Squid game was good, marbles episode was top class one of the best out there, it ran out of steam after that though and the ending was just the standard stuff, it was a bit weak and done many times before... But bloody ell the marbles was super tense and just world class.

One-Punch Man is a Japanese cartoon which tells the story of a superhero who can literally defeat any opponent with a single punch. You would think this would be predictable and boring but is actually very good series. The art is good, the characters are interesting, and the story line builds up well.
One-Punch Man seeks to find a worthy opponent after growing bored by a lack of challenge due to his overwhelming strength. The world does not see how powerful he is. How he manages his friendships and life against powerful villains is very entertaining.

A programme about Tibetan sky burial
Dead bodies are laid to pieces or laid whole and then allowed to be eaten by birds, which is known as sky burial
This tradition occurs in Tibet, this is because the climate is cold, it is not easy for the body to rot, so this is done. But it is only done on people who are considered good and when they die old age, naturally, not because of disease.
With the thought, the body of the deceased is of no use at all, better given to the needy, in this case given to birds that need food. So that even if he/she dies, he/she can still benefit other beings.

Hawkeye was a fun Marvel series taking over the Christmas period. He plays a reluctant hero who has a young obnoxious side kick helping him with a mission that involves both their lives.
There is a very funny scene with Live Action Role Play (LARP), never heard of it before, in the park. He is still managing his demons such as Black Widow dying and he has a realistic disability that he has to manage life with.
Well worth a watch.
Watched the last film in the Coen brothers 'The Ballad of Buster Scraggs' Western Anthology yesterday. Brillant stuff and would not hesitate to recommend. All 6 films hit the mark but the first film (The ballad of Buster Scruggs) was hilarious and pretty dark, and probably my favourite. Meal Ticket has an amazing performance from Harry Melling (apparently he was in Harry Potter) as the quadruple amputee actor/artist and 'All Gold Canyon' and 'The girl who got rattled' are brilliant in their own Coen brothers way also.

Anybody see 'The Tourist' on the BBC (it's on iPlayer now)
Well shot, well directed and with some good dialogue. Jamie Dornan wakes up in Australia with amnesia after a car crash and tries to find out what's going on. A bit like Novak Djokovic really.
very good and worth watching.
IMHO, Dornan would make a very good James Bond!
Reminded me that Apprentice has just started and they get thicker each year.

Hit Monkey was about a Japanese monkey who is an assassin. I know it sounds absurd but is actually very good animation series that is in the Marvel Universe. The art is very good and the characters funny. It is graphic and adult jokes are used.
