Actually you mentioned the evolutionary scale so I aint the one who started it. Just cause you didnt "mention" race doesn't mean you aren't implying it.

When you said Toney and Evolutionary scale were you talking about people in general or were you talking about Toney? And since you mentioned "evolution" you were obviously singling out his race. So don't try to turn words on me, you didn't say "race" but you implied it, so don't try that with me, I can work words too
