To be fair to Joe, i think the Kessler offer was "only" for arround 3,5 mill$/1,8 mill£. (the exact figure Palle has been quoted for was 20 mill. danish kroner).
Still a good purse, but obviously not enough to make Calzaghe run a risk.

Especially when you consider he would have to go to Denmark, and that it would be promoted by Palle, while JC has his own contract with FW to make both of them rich. Anyway, let it simmer for a while, and when both promoters see that the money to be made is too good to turn down, they'll get together hopefully.
