Tyson could have trained with Jesus for all I care he still would have had troubles with a fighter like Buster Douglas....he had trouble with Tony Tucker!!! He'd also always have trouble with Holyfield....Evander's style was just too tough for Mike to adapt to.
your saying tyson struggled with tucker?Not realy he just danced about with tucker,chased him around most of the fight coz bar one decent upper cut that would of decked most it only put tyson on the back foot for a hundredth of a second...tyson used to say that in them kinda fights were the opponent didnt wanna mix it with him he used to get boared and lackadaseacle just like going through the motions.You could imagine mike getting board in them kinda fights as he thrives in a bust up not dilly dalling around and if he kept his mental state and fitness to the best of his abbility befour Douglas he would of beat holyfield and a peak lewis.IMO

the title of this post should really be ' what if tyson never got with robin givens, didnt sack bill cayton, kept kevin rooney, and basically didnt go off the rails?'
