I think Wladdy takes Brewster this time out - I think Manny's done more for his psyche than anything, and that's what he'll need in order to avenge that loss. He's not lacking in physical skills ;)

But Brewster is a tough SOB - it might be interesting.

There's a possibility Brewster could put Wlad out, undoubtedly. It's just unlikely, given that Wlad seems to have worked through his issues...plus he hits like a truck!

Wlad needs to make sure that he paces himself and controls Brewster with the jab. Sometimes he could just move instead of jabbing to make sure that he doesn't wear himself out. It also would be a good idea if he doesn't load up on everything early on just because Brewster is there to be hit.

Brewster needs to find a way to get inside and get his shots off without being hit too much. It's harder than it looks, no pun intended. It might be best suited for him to get off to an explosive start, not allowing Wladimir to get into his rythm because everyone has already seen that Wladimir can pick him apart.

awwwwwwww i'm getting nervous for the fight... i know with wlad its all or nothing against a heavy hitter and the haters would love to pounce on wlad and his fans if he losses tonight...

i hope WACKO is hot tonight cause FIRE is ready for WLAD to shut the haters up, knock some b!tches up, and to f#ck brewster up!!!!

He's showing up in shape so it is a possibility. It should be a fight that doesn't end til the later rounds but going the whole distance isn't completely out of the question either.

guess anything's possible but from the beginning I didn't like the idea that Lamon wasn't having any kind of a comeback/tuneup fight. Just seems odd to come off a year plus layoff from a bad injury and take on the best guy out there.

Well folks…wer’e just shy of 40 minutes away from the match.

I’m very curious as to what version of Brewster shows up…the plodder, the bull, or the boxer.

The bull that battered Golota would be the best possible answer for a Wladimir foil…the other versions will most likely roll in like a cow to the slaughter.

Personally…I’d love to see Wlad get some redemption…so here’s to hoping that the plodder that pretty much lost to garbage man Meehan shows up, or that the boxer that lost to Lyakhovich arrives in Germany, & if not either of those Brewster‘s shows…bring on the one who “defeated” Wlad in 2004...surely he‘ll buckle like a belt under the power of the Steel Hammer.

Brewster has proven to be resourceful in the past & can take a beating...so Wlad better pace himself...& he'd better fight smart & he'd better fight sure.
